Saturday and the weekend is here

Good morning all, it is very windy out there today, and feels just a tad on the cold side, I do hope everyone is feeling a little better today, I`m on the first drink of the day, [coffee ] Hubby is of to a train fair today with the rest of the family, our son wants to start a train set in his loft for our grandson and he wants his dads help so the rest of the `men` are going along to make sure they start getting the `right bits` Soooooo..... that gives me time to myself I do hope you all have a lovely weekend whatever you do, Janetxx

Dar and miserable here... I want some sunshine! Bit tired this morning as I went to my best mates 40th Birthday last night.... and had to get up early this morning to get things done as we are off to the New Forest to see the Tall Trees this afternoon! Should be fun, hope the weather holds! In Lynddhurst they also have an olde fasjioned sweetie shop that also does diabetic sweets...all the old fashioned ones like cough candy and pear drops and cola cubes! Bought a supply a few months back but it is dwindling now so I would like some more... so I hope it's open today! Jan... any orders?

Blimey Lou can't remember when I had pear drops or cough candy last, used to love them I keep a bag of Haribo in the car, a bag lasts for ages and keep them in the car for emergencies

Morning ladies from a bright and sunny Cardiff I'm a little tired today too Lou but not because I went out, being a sad git it was 'cos I couldn't get a card to look right so stayed up until 4am gave up, went to bed. When I woke up this morning I instantly thought of a solution that I am happy with and bingo, one finished card. I often wonder why I am so god-damned stubborn, why couldn't I just go to bed at a reasonable time and start again in the morning he he
I'm going to be really flash later on, if my legs start working he he. I'm going to the very "posh" shop Primark to get some jumpers he he I know how to be a classy broad he he

Hope you are feeling a touch better today Jayne, that is one heck of a quick weight loss program you are on, I won't volunteer to share it though if you don't mind he he I'm not sure what the NHS thingie is like in Ireland but over here if you suffer from asthma you get free flu jabs. I find it helps keep colds and coughs at bay too, when I do get them they only last a few days rather than linger on for weeks.

Good morning all, here this morning after some awful rain and wind in the night. Forecast is more rain tonight so make the most of it. I am finishing cards and going to a craft demo today, otherwise nothing planned.

Morning all. Lovely and sunny here too. Feeling a bit tired today , woke up at 2.30 with the rain and didn't sleep the night before so think it's catching up with me. Taking it easy and doing some crafting. I've got out some bits that I've had for ages and don't know what to do with and set myself a target of using them!

Good afternoon all going to make some cards today and ATC's with all my lovely stash ive received today, washing is going out has my dryer broke yesterday and the bedding need drying. Got a new one coming Wednesday. Bought a new camera today too so i will be using that to photo my card ive received today off Shellshearer for the card swap. Will be back later to do that. Have a day all and hugs to those who need them

That's ok, I'm back in my Craft Room now so don't need the sun - although it does make you feel better if it's bright outside Just about to cut the slot in my card. Couldn't remember what to do next but it has come back to me now

Fed up of the rain this morning so took my son to the cinema. For all you dog lovers we went to see Beverly Hills Chihuahua, it was a U certificate but still very funny. Came out after the film and the sun was shining

We saw the trailers for that the other night on tv Di and it looked good

Evening all. It's been cold here all day but now it is pouring and very very windy outside. We might even have a power cut in a bit as the lights keep flickering.

Had a friend and her children round for lunch today so apart from cooking I've not done anything else.

It has been cold here but the rain has stayed away since this morning, Mike went for a walk along the cliffs earlier and took some great piccies and also got driven off the footpath by the Exmoor ponies that they have grazing up there
