Swiss roll pudding
Slice into rounds a jam swiss roll and place around the edge of a deep dish, drain a tin of fruit and place in the middle, make up a pint of custard using 2 egg yolks, and pour over the top, whip the whites to make a meringue and cover the top, place in an over, low setting and cook for about half an hour. enjoy Lv Janetx

That sounds lush, especially if its a chocolate swiss roll and you make chocolate custard mmmmmhhh
