Todays the day!!! Jonas Brothers Concert Day ... and Amy is sooooooo excited

Bags are packed, tickets in checked bag. WIll be glad when we are sat sitting in the hotel.
WEather is a bit dull, think rain is forecast all over.
Went to see Keith yesterday and he wasnt too bad. I have told the Staff nurse that I wont be around today and tomorrow - she did say that it was unlikely he would be home today anyway. He is going to be xrayed again today - may know more later.
Have a good day, see you tomorrow evening (hopefully) ... who knows where I will be ... may even end up in Rome!!

Its been raining here but its still red hot, ive got a right lather on and its only 6.15 nothing planned for today see how i feelhas im really hurting from that scary ride feel like ive done ten rounds with Mike Tyson Enjoy your day if you are off out , hope Amy has a fab time watching those Jonas brothers and hugs to the poorlies.

Saw Janet again yesterday albeit briefly just before Di and myself went in the Range, must say I am quite impressed with there craft selection, got a few bargains, didn't spend a huge amount but came away with a bag full of goodies including some metallic corrugated card, hadn't seen that before, oh and a ribbler/crimping thingy tried it when I got home and works fine and it was only 1.99 with a small selection of papers
The boys seemed to enjoy the model train fair and they bumped into Dick and then we went and picked them up and went to McDonalds for lunch, then to a place in Gillingham called the Strand, it is right near the Medway and has a kids paddling pool and swings and rides and a cafe, was quite nice and meant Jakey could run off some of his energy

Good afternoon ladies. had another busy weekend - mainly in the garden but we did go out for a meal last night for a change and I must say it was very nice. I seem to remember Roy saying when we first got together that we would eat out at least once a month and go away every 6 weeks We just about did that the first year and now go away once a year and eat out about the same That's what 9 yeras does for you. What time are you planning on being at CC Jen - I might be able to get over there, and certainly will try and manage 24th.

Yes, Janet this one is a flying visit and we are only up for the weekend. We'll be leaving Cardiff early and hope to get up to the CC at around 1pm ish Sue.

I do hope to be able to fit in another proper visit some time this year incorporating a trip to the Dover side and back up to Bognor Regis too, but working out the finances at the moment ... watch this space he he

I know what you mean about the eating out part Sue, we don't go out often these days either, but our excuse is that Pete has since retired and money is a bit tight, but we live in hope of it changing in the next year or so. At the moment he is still paying off his ex-wife's card and loan debts - she had a spending habit like no other and like a fool he said he would pay it all off when they split up in exchange for a quick divorce. That should be all over next year

Must be something about Welsh men (I'm assuming Pete's Welsh!). Roy comes originally from Barry and his ex wife took him to the cleaners!!
