Good morning girls, I do hope everyone is a little better today. Still hot around here, but think it is the last day for the heat. Just the hike to my brothers for shopping today and then seeing the daughter and grandchildren. Have a good day all.

Good Morning everyone, well Mick got in at 9.30 last night he was shattered and had a bath ( AND A HUGE MOAN ABOUT HIS EMPLOYER !) and then sraight to bed...so he was goog company ! Had a good evening with my son and got the watered down version of all his news and what he's been up to , since he's been back from holiday he's been working like mad at his job in the CO OP in Forest Row , he gets a pittance but he got his Car Tax to pay for and various other things so there you go , we all had holiday jobs and survived! I am getting my hair ' done ' in a while so I 'D better get my skates on . Hugs to the poorlies , Lou the offer for the Tens machine is there if you want it.Have a lovely day Lexie

Morning all we have sun at the mo dont know how long it will last though, I have physio this afternoon so i escape from work at 2.30 and then if it is dry off for our fish and chips by the severn valley railway and the steam trains.

Have been trying to book a holiday for the bank hol weekend cant beleive what they charge just for 3 nights its silly money £245 for 3 nights and thats from at one caravan park would love to be able to buy a caravan somewhere there was one on a site for £23,500 i would want to live in it all year for that.

Right hope Jake is feeling better to day and that all the poorlies are feeling a bit better

Afternoon everyone , been to hairdressers have had some bright copper coloured hilights put in , felt like a change..... I was a redhead when I first met Micky 3 an abit years ago and since then have flitted between either red or blonde but never both at same time !!! see what his lordship has to say when he gets in ,going to have to have a little snooze I 've got a stinking headache and I 've taken some pills and I feel a bit sicky I occassionally get migraine and this is feeling like the begining of one lexie

Hope your feeling better soon Lexie We have had a lovely day in Portsmouth today, a spur of the moment thing - went to Paper Mill and got some card while Martin did a boat trip round the harbour I don't do boats It wasn't too hot being by the sea but it is very hot here now Hope everyone enjoyed their day

Went up to Dover cliffs, gosh it was so hot we came home
