Looks a little better out there today but still feels a little chillier, was out in the garden last night and it was quite windy and cold too
Work today and then no idea what I am doing, Mike might have this afternoon off but we wont know until later
I have had my shower while the coast was still clear

Fingers crossed for Mikes early finish, our production is finishing at 1 but logistics are having to stay on till normal time to finish loading trucks. Good job he doesn't work at this site.

Micky has only just gone off to work , he was having a lift today as his car has gone to be serviced, but the guy slept in and has only just arrived , Micky was not happy as he also wanted to get away early ,,,,,Iam going over to Horley later to catch up with a friend and have lunch together,we don't get to see each other as much as we like so we have plenty to chat about! not sure whats planned for the weekend, we'll get up to somehing.Dulcie had a great time with her pal yesturday , they dropped her off about 8.30 she'd had a great time.She goes back to school 7th Sept Rupert goes back next week. Morning Jan, Di, Andrea, Lexie and all who follow. The sun was out when I got up but it'd now come over very dark and windy. Not got much planned for today so I might try and get the playroom finished so that I can move my craft things in there next week

Good morning Jan, Di, Andrea, Lexie and all who follow Bright here this morning, sun coming in and out Got a card to do today for Sally's boyfriend. Still not got a clue what to do. Finished a couple yesterday and also sent one card I had made before I took a photo Martin has gone off to golf - broke his new plane yesterday (This is a very expensive hobby ) but apparently it can be repaired I told him to get a radio controlled car or boat as they can't fall out of the sky

Morning to you all, its been lovely this morning but had a few drops of rain about 20 mins ago and a lot cooler today but nice, i am now planing having a go at some cards i want to make so hope to start those after lunch. Made a big pot of broccoli and brie soup using my gammon stock so looking forward to that, hope your all have a god time what ever you are doing love to all and big hugs to those with poorlies.xxx

Hi ladies, just a quick one as I am in the process of moving my craft / computer / dining room around and had to check the comp was ok before I continue. I started it yesterday and I'm shattered but have to get some more done as I have craft bits in every room in the house and can't even find my bed so am camping out on the sofa he he. Little update from me about my hossy visit.....
the hospital phoned this morning and I am having
my MRI done on the first Wednesday of the week
I am in... so thats the 9th Sept... they are arranging
hossy transport too... she asked if I was able to get
in a car now! She said she could arrange ambulance
transfer, I told her car would be fine, have been in
enough ambulances lately!!

Have been busy sewing in name tapes and taking up
trousers etc this week! Getting all the uniform ready
and making sure they are OK to get it all sorted upstairs
as I can't get up there!

Got a few things happening in the next week or so before
the kids go back on Friday next week....

Today I have got my 13 yr old niece round to stay so they
are all having fun, haven't seen her for yonks so we will
have a giggle later after my 2 are in bed!

Over the weekend we will probably get out and about
on the scooter, its going well, the girls love getting out
and about.

On Tuesday both Georgia and Emily have friends coming
early in the day (Adys day off) and we will if weather
permits take all 4 of them out for a picnic and then the
mates are staying for a sleepover! Glad I aint able to do
the running up and down the stairs!!!

Then later that afternoon my mate Stacey is picking me
up and we are going to her local shop where a lady sells
handmade cards and I am taking some of mine to her
to see if she can sell them! Wish me luck! I am gonna see
what else she has and then make a judgement on prices,
will take a pack off stickers and price them up there.

On Wednesday.... my friend I met in hossy the first time
round is coming to visit me before I go back in so I am
really looking forward to that x Margaret and I will definately
be keeping in touch for a very long time, she is a lovely lady x

Thursday I will be trying to get everything sorted for the girls
back to school on Friday and for the hossy on Monday!

Friday will be Emily's first day at Junior School! So am glad
I will be able to take her that day!! I just hope her first full
week isn't too tiring as they are gonna be walking down to
see me at the hossy every evening again

Then we have the weekend and then I am in on Monday and Ady
is trying to get that day off work so he can take me in x

My what a busy life you lead Lou So glad they are getting things sorted for you, the girls will have to use the scooter to come and see you in Hospital if they find they are too tired to walk

Hello girls ,
Had a lovely catch up with my lovely friend , she also has a daughter who has problems with mental health issues, however she is 30 and a lovely girl but has been very poorly but a moment very focused and doing well so fingers crossed.We have such a laugh and very inapropreiate but if we can't laugh about the awfulness of it all who can !!!!? Dulcie was very good and responded well to bribary ( couple of magazines chocs and chrisps ) and stayed at home .....
Lou you go in hospital and have a rest sounds like you will need it!
Juli your soup sounded lovely really scrummy.
