Wednesday, middle of the week!!!

Not sure yet what the weather is going to be doing, looks a little grey out there but the sun isnt up fully yet I dont think
Work today and feel like going back to bed, just a tired morning or maybe cause there is no sun, was in bed at 10 last night and was asleep as soon as head hit the pillow so shouldnt really be tired

I love it this week only working the morning getting so much done in the afternoon and no rushing around constantly looking at my watch.

Picking Jakes friend up from school today and he's coming round for a play and his tea then off to fat club later at 7.

Feeling more human today, Martin has gone to work too Just waiting for my hairdresser to arrive to cut my hair Have to do a sympathy card today, Ian's friends mother died last week and the funeral is on Thursday. She has battled cancer for a long time - such a lovely family too, she will be missed. Otherwise no plans today, will take it as it comes. I tried to do some cards yesterday but my mind wasnt on it, I was soooo tired, but went to bed early and slept through until the alarm woke us up

Lovely and sunny here. Got Reading Group this afternoon. Michael might come round to cut the grass for me - if he remembers! I daren't do it as my back is really playing up - nothing like Lou's but know what she must be going through as I can't sit on computer for any length of time. Well not ON the computer you understand! Think I might have to give pilates a miss this term.

You never know Sue Pilates maybe what you need all that gentle stretching and strenghening your core ......gosh sound as if I know what I am talking about ! never been to pilates in my life but keep meaning to!!!
Anyway , Good morning my lovely ladies , hope everyone is well , BEAUTIFUL here sunny and bright , been and done the shopping , washing out second lot in and have made a couple of cards . Organised or What , almost frightening , I 've got to go into the craftbarn later , really don' t feel like it.....2 of the projects for the make and take I hate and not me at all but as usual we had no choice with what we are doing , feeling a bit fed up with thing s but I 'll paint on the lexie smile and get on with it ! sorry to moan ..... Just had to go up to the Drs with Keith... the Pharmacy wouldnt allow him to order his tablets as they are not on repeat prescription. So he managed to get an appointment to see the Dr. I can collect his tablets later.
Well its another lovely day ... bit cooler though.
I think I must have had someone or something in my bed last night!! I have been bitten on my back with lots of other little bites coming round the front. Going to check my bed!!! Trouble is I do like to have the window open and with it being warm there must have been a lot of nasty little bugs around.

Afternoon everyone. Well the shoppings done, I have 1 load of washing on the line another in the machine and I've started the huge ironing pile. If it stays dry over night I will be able to attack the back lawn tomorrow as it should be dry by then.

Would love to put some washing on i have ssssoooo much but with no kitchen its a nightmare, i have washed some things by hand and put theat out but i think my washing is mating in the basket and making more. Love to all.xxxx

Hows it gone today Juli is it looking like a kitchen again ?????? Evening started well with a 4lb weight loss but off to bed to read as Clive is watching the footy and the other TV won't work. Shame, I fancied watching a film on channel 5.

Hope you've conquered your pile of ironing Frances, it not I'm sure Lexie won't mind doing it she does socks and pants

Well done on the weight loss Jane thats brilliant, are you with a club? I go to a Rosemary Conley one as you get weighed, have a quick chat and then 45 minutes of exercise. It really helps with a club as your all trying to lose it together and they are a great bunch of girls there.

I go to Slimming World Di. I lost over 2 stone there last year + a stone by myself but put a bit on after the Australia trip. I still have another 3 stone to go but am much happier at this club (same club, different leader and venue)

I go to aerobics, aqua and the gym each week and try to walk for at least 10 minutes a day so that takes care of the exercise. We don't have a dog (which would help) but try to walk to the shops for something, even just to post a letter.
