Jakes has been sneezing all night but hopefully he'll be ok for school today. Will get him to miss Judo today as I think that will wipe him out, he also has a party to go to tomorrow afternoon so he wants to be well for that.

Good morning all, wasn't too bad here first thing this morning but has clouded over now, at least it's not raining and got some washing on. Had my hairdresser friend come this morning to do my hair Woke up later than usual so was all behind and she was coming earlier than usual - typical Had a quick hoover round after she had gone and now back to card making

Just got back from the osteopath. I've ligament/tendon and muscle damage and have to go back for more treatment on Friday. Lots of icepacks and gentle knee bending exercises to do. That vibrating machine and massage got me walking - slowly and with a limp but it could take a while and I can't drive for a week!

Can't get upstairs to the craft room at the moment - may try later.

Hope everyone else is OK and enjoying the sunshine today. Just off for a little gentle trot round the room to stop the knee seizing up again!

I am ok thanks Janet...... having to stay put indoors at the moment mainly.... getting a bit of cabin fever.... but then that serves me right for doing housework! Have been making cards to keep myself busy!

Clive's acting as taxi for my night out with the girls (pub meal) but I've cancelled everything for the next 5 days so no coffee morning tomorrow, aqua and gym!, drinks evening, choir practice, craft class, make and take, carol service or shopping trip.

More treatment on Friday morning and we'll see how I feel after the weekend! Might stay upstairs for a while tomorrow and do some crafting but can't sit for too long or I seize up!

Glad you are going to have at least 1 night out Jane but you want to be back to normal for Christmas so you are right to cancel - but how disappointing for you
