White Christmas Eve

Good morning ladies it feel a lot like Christmas this year, we had snow yesterday night and its covered. Got up at six today and its started again with big flakes at this rate we will be snowed in . Got last minute food shop to do so hope the roads are ok and tonight we are off to see a panto Alladin. Avery Merry Christmas to you all and take care when you go out. Big hugs to the poorlies

Morning and Happy Christmas Eve to you all

More snow for us as well last night - very foggy this morning.
My Asda home delivery arrived late last night, the poor driver was late due to the snow and also he reversed into a customers car, accidently of course.
Mum has the Falls team coming again today as they had to cut short their visit the other day.
Not much to do today, apart from last minute tidying up - so will enjoy a little drink later today with a mince pie I think.
Well.... have a lovely day, take care, keep warm and take time out to relax for yourself.

Good morning all - slept in this morning I have a couple of pressies to wrap and then I think I am done too, never thought it would happen Poured with rain here last night but there is still snow on the lawn and the pavements across the road from us are still treacherous. The roads look clear but are still icy. Ian went to fetch Ruth from work last night and came back, parked his car in the parking bay behind his house, then a neighbour called so say it had slid out of the parking space across the parking area and luckily came to a stop against the kerb Handbrake was on too, so he parked it somewhere else where it is level. The parking area was full of compacted snow and then the rain made it like an ice rink. Glad you managed to get your food Karen as it was saying on the news that some people wont be getting theirs, just imagine how you would feel Hope the fall team helps your Mum Enjoy your panto Andrea and I am going to prepare the veggies etc today putting them in containers so there is no preparation tomorrow. They are all coming round in the morning, getting the presents, and putting the turkey on, then off to the pub at 12 to meet up with Ruths parents and back home again for dinner
