Morning...

Was up with good intentions this morning... going to get the washer on etc. but weather has put paid to that! It isnt raining - yet! But doesnt look too good.
Just had breakfast and watching a bit of C & C millionpound giveaway - some of it looks like it could be stuff they cant get rid of!
Usual day for us... food, sleep and watching tv!
Hope you all have a good one x

Sun shining here and not too cold. Long lay in with my book and a cuppa. Just about to set up the Skype call to Australia as it was Sophie's birthday yesterday. No answer yet - they must be having supper.

Lazy day planned - feeling good today. Have a blast the rest of you.

Morning Ladies

Washer on as still trying to catch up with clearing washing from holiday due to the rather c**p weather we have
had recently. got a lot done yesterday but we are overcast again today.

Holiday was good although a little damp at times and needless to say OH and I are absolutely full of a cold and I have
gained a horrendous cough to go with it (a bit prone to those).
Think I will just get myself another coffee and spend the day chilling, probably do some copic colouring of some xmas images to get ahead of the game lol! That would be a first for me!!

Have a good day and I will catch up with you later.

Pat

Sounds like a good idea to me Pat. Hope you manage to get rid of that cough, I used to get them but just realised - I think I have grown out of them Laughing Laughing took a long time.

Looking forward to a visit from my grand puppy this morning and have just realised that my house isn't puppyproof affraid She is into everything so will have to have a quick tidy round, moving everything she is likely to run off with Laughing Haven't seen her in a week but Ruth said yesterday that she met someone with a labrador the same age as Callie and Callie was twice her size Shocked Think they need to move house. Hope you got through to your Oz family Jane Very Happy Glad you are having a restful day Karen, the washing can wait Very Happy

Hugs to all those that need one today Very Happy Have a good day all

Morning ladies. I's pouring with rain here this morning and it's the horrible fine stuff so once again the kids can't get out into the garden. Kayleigh made a cake last night because she was bored and Josh has asked if he can make some jam/lemoncurd tarts today (at least the cupboards will be full)

Jane hope you manage to get through to the family in OZ.
Karen just have a lazy day today
Pat hope you feel better soon
Jacky hope you managed to make the house puppy proof

Have a good day whatever you are doing Smile Smile

Got through eventually. The girls were having their weekly bubblebath treat - normally its a quick dunk in the shower for them both. Was on the video phone for nearly an hour. Sophie had a great birthday and loved her presents - I got a recorder performance too which was surprisingly good. Emily loved her little present we sent but Soph was a bit 'miffed'. She soon got over it and Emily had a 'sleepover' in her big sister's room. They are sooooooo close and love to be together.

She wants to be in her sister's class when she starts school after Christmas but hasn't quite grasped the fact that she won't be able to! Still, at least they can spend break times togther until she makes new friends of her own and Sophie doesn't seem to mind as she loves the responsibility of looking after younger ones. (She's quite bossy but in a loving way and Ems idolises her)

Glad you got through to them Jane Very Happy

We had a lovely day with Ian, Ruth & Callie - there was no need to puppyproof the house as she loves being outside and she is so good. Molly put her in her place a couple of times but she is an old lady now, and on the whole they got on ok as Molly doesn't usually like other dogs.

I can't believe how good she is Karen. She sits to order, lies down, gives her paw, and will sit and stay for a short while while Ian walks away to call her Shocked She just settled herself down on one of Molly's beds when we came in and went to sleep Very Happy
