Morning....

Dont think the weather has got up yet... it hasnt decided what it wants to do. No fog, but no sunshine either!
Mum and I had our review yesterday at the Drs. Mum's BP, diabetes, thyroid, cholesterol results all good. My thyroid isnt, got to go in a fortnight for another blood test.
Usual jobs to do... collect pension, tablets and a little treat for me!

Been a bit hectic last couple of days......... tuesday was Ady's day off so we went out, then yesterday I had a couple of appts... had another fall at hospital... getting a bit too regular for my liking. So have a bruised sore hip today!

Jacky could you please pass on my condolences to Martin about his friend x Such a shame xx

Karen glad your mum's review was ok. Sorry your's wasn't!

I have two more appts tomorrow.... blood tests and an ecg.

Also a little bit worried about my dad, he went to docs yesterday and they think he's got angina.... he has already lost one bro thru a heart attack and two other brothers have had one too..... Still he's having an ecg today they have given him the under the tongue spray and are referring him to a cardiologist at the hossy... so will wait and see....

Have also been baking up a storm yesterday and this morning.... for a Comic Relief Bake Sale at Emily's school on Friday... this is what I've made....









The little cakes even have edible glitter on them....

Good morning Karen, Lou and all who follow. Weather overcast here too Karen. Lou thanks for your message to Martin, he will appreciate it and hope your dad's ok too. Hope your bruises soon clear up, start drinking more water. Karen, pleased your Mum's results were all good, I am sure they will sort out yours too - big hugs to you. Did all the washing this morning and have had a change around in the lounge - Martin moved the heavy stuff last night for me Great cakes Lou, you really put me to shame - I must get my craft room sorted and get on with Martin's birthday card as well as my G.Nephews who has a birthday the day after Martins but that has to be posted.

They are closing the school for the afternoon next Wednesday for everyone who wants to, to attend the funeral. Martin said the whole school is in shock and the atmosphere was awful yesterday.

Well have to pop to the shops now then get on with sorting out the craft room before I can start on cards
