What a beautiful day out there this morning makes you want to get up and go, which is exactly what Martin is doing He is off out with his friend on their motorbikes for a ride to the coast which is great for me as I haven't done his birthday card yet and I was wondering how to get rid of him.

Good afternoon Jacky and all who follow, beautifully here too and drying the washing nicely. Been food shopping and I've just been for my hair cut has it was getting a bit too long , I went to a new hairdressers has she is away for the weekend and I could not wait. Hope you get your card finished Jacky . Hugs to any poorlies I'm off on the treadmill now has I've entered us all in a fun run tomorrow .

Treadmill I think it's a bit too warm for that Didnt do the card, went to a demo at the Art of Craft and it was rubbish. Supposed to be a docraft one but I think they just got someone else in. Showing how to use clear stamps and he stamped it, matted and layered it by sticking the rectangle image down on the mat and cut round it - then did another mat the same. Stuck backing paper to the card then put the image onto it. Then started colouring it in Too bad if he went wrong on the colouring, he would have wasted all that card, and no measuring to get the mats even around the image, at least if you cut it out then stick it on you can position it in the middle.

Did buy another magnetic folder for my stencils though

Evening...

Guess who has finished the decorating ... yes.... ME!!!!
Its been a long job, but thats it done now - got to wait for the wardrobes to be fitted, carpet down and then Amy can start putting back everything in its rightful place.
Its been a lovely day... went into town this morning and people had shorts and t shirts on not sure its quite that hot.
Received my prize this morning from Amy Shaw... its a very nice 'boat' stamp, be nice for men cards.
Going to have a little drink now and then off to bed.
Andrea... enjoy your fun run (fun run ) I have no energy in the week.... let alone a Sunday morning
