a little upset !

Hi, Im on holiday in Florida and got a message yesterday that my MUM died suddenly died. She was 87 and in good health ! Trust something like this to happen when I am not at home in the UK and everything will be left upto my sister to sort out. Crying or Very sad

This holiday has been bugged since we booked it. Originally there were going to be 10 of us - myself, hubby, my son and his family, my daughter and her family (they were travelling fromNew Zealand). My son and his wife split up and she wouldnt let us bring the kids, so that left just 6 of us. My son in law had an infection in the leg and couldnt walk for days after they arrived and my daughter had just had an operation on her knee three weeks before the holiday, which went septic !!!

But I must not moan - - the villa is beautiful, overlooking a lake, the sunsets were glorious. The grandchildren are enjoying the pool - and at the moment they are fishing off the dock next to the villa with grandpa ! The UK seems a long long way away at the moment and I will deal with whatever has to be done when we arrive home !!!

Oh Jean how awful for you - big hugs to you. I know how helpless you must feel as I felt the same when my brother died whilst on holiday in Switzerland, you want to be there to help Sad
