Happy Sunday - I'm back

Finally got back on-line. Still got to sort the emails and VoIP phones but its great to back communicating again. Haven't had time to catch up with all the posts - anyone care to give me a quick resume of the last 2 weeks?

I was up early this morning, caught up on Strictly this morning.
Watched IAC last night and felt sick when they were doing the dreaded 'eating task'
Got a nice piece of pork for lunch, Amy wont be back till later, but have had instructions to make sure I take a dinner out for her! As if I would forget!

I have managed to make quite a few cards today, thank goodness - surprising how much you can get done if you don't go on the computer Off to Ian & Ruths soon to discuss what's happening over Christmas and just had a phone call from my sister to say my uncles funeral is 10.00 tomorrow morning Short notice so we won't be going as it's over near Bristol and Monday morning on the M4 will be horrendous. If we had known earlier we would have gone today and stayed overnight My sister thought that my cousin was waiting for her sister to come over from America before she arranged it as we hadn't heard anything and then my cousin phoned my sister tonight to say it's tomorrow. Martin has a doctor's appointment tomorrow and then we have our walk Tuesday and Wednesday is our U3A lunch so we won't be going to the pub tomorrow after our walk

Jane welcome back !!! sounds like life is good for you , very pleased for you !
Karen , we had cheese and bisuits , and only had a sandwich at lunch time , but as we had come back from taking mum to airport and Dulcie to her dads I did'nt feel like anything much . It was very sad saying bye to Mum , she looked frail after her few days in hospital but she looked less pale /grey ....so i hope her journey tonight is without problems .
Jacky sad about your uncle .Sounds like you have a busy week .Glad you got a few cards made , once you get stuck in !
