That reminds me of something funny i was told the other day
Christina at work saw this huge beetle and Michael (who works in deli)
told her to stand on it, then she said its a dead beetle now and Michael replies

Martin does the ironing When he retired from work he decided he would have a go. I let him do just his things first until he got the hang of it and then I let him do mine too - so kind of me He is also the one who empties the dishwasher. I am quite happy to load it but sometimes he gets there first and puts it in the wrong places so I have to juggle it all around next time I put something in. Have tried to teach him to cook but he cant seem to get the hang of it.

Is that can't or wont Jacky ??

Alan has always loved cooking so it is not a chore to him....more a way of relaxing he says

Roy likes cooking too and says its relaxing so he usually does all the cooking at weekends. He also likes ironing Weird

Pete does the ironing and I do the washing, on weekends Pete does the cooking and washing up no complaints here then he he

Well Stu does the cooking, washing up & the cleaning as he feels that my effort is not up to his standard. So I let him do it of course!!!! Doesn't bother me.

I feel that when your kids leave home they
should at least be able to cook clean and
iron for themselves, my sister in laws lad
used to phone her from his bed room and
get her to make tea and toast and bring it
to him, I told her the only thing I would bring
him was a royal kick up the butt

Aye and I would!!!
My boys were better cooks than my girls.........still are!
Think I concentrated on them too much ........oops!

I also hate dusting... The dust bunnies always want to come back the next day and doesn't even looked like I dusted.... With Chloe she is one big fur ball and she is shedding like crazy... You could make sweaters with her clothes. I know the birds outside love to gather her fur and build nests with her fur. Talk about one warm winter home for the birdies...
