Actually got to the pool just after 7.30 and did 40 lengths!!!!!!!!!!!! feeling great, I thought I would be tired but feel just the opposite. Just had a big omlette with all the leftovers in and a yogurt

I can swim but not that well. I took my dog for a long walk this morning so that should help the fat burning plan!!

I can't believe it either. At the beginning of June I could only manage 16 lengths once a week.
As with most things I get hooked and take it to excess for a while (especially crafting -remember my Clutter cards)

I was at my school summer fair yesterday hosting a ping pong and roll a penny game, the weather was horrid we hadheavy rain and thunder Shocked hardly anyone turned up.Glad when i was home has i was still poorly. went straight to bed when i got in. We are hopefully having a BBQ today weather permitting Very Happy
