I think you are right Jan and Sue, you know you wake up in the middle of the night and so many things go round and round, mind you some of my best ideas come in the early hours I find it is best to get a cuppa and watch tv, it is nice to know that if I drop of at 5 or 6 I can now have a catch up sleep, after all the early mornings while working, I finished work a year ago now but dont seem to pass the 4ish mark when we use to get up lots of love Janetxx

me either Jacky, I get up around 7 and that is plenty early enough for me
