Hi ladies

Hello ladies sorry ive been awol , im just not that interested in the computer has much has i used to be . I dont know why has i used to get withdrawel symptoms when i could not get on. Anyway big hugs to those who need them and i will try and be on more:D , i do miss you all and i keep in touch with Lou and Jacky and they keep me up to date on things. xx Im also trying to lose weight again ive joined slimming world and nearl lost a stone so im feeling great:D i still go to my aerobics too.

Wow Andrea, you have done well to lose so much Maybe it's because you dont spend lots of time on the computer. I don't go on the forums as much as I used to and only one game in FB now as I have so many other things I really want to do, but it is so addictive. Lovely to see you on here

Hello Andrea, you have done sooooo well with your weight loss. A friend of mine also goes to slimming world, she was 18 stone and she is now 15 stone, she is so pleased with herself, and I am pleased for her as well.
Keep up the good work and I am sure you will lose what you want to in the end

Well done Andrea - I must get back on track (I lost 3 stone with SW but put nearly 12lbs on in the last year since my op) All this extra stress doesn't help either.

I had to log in again today - usually happens on 1st of the month - weird, I normally go straight to my bookmarked page!
