MAKE IT SHOW

I have just ordered my ticket for the Make- It Show Decided to just go for the one day ticket this year - might save some money. On the other hand I might panic buy as I won't be going again the next day Is anyone else going

You can always buy another ticket on the door Jacky if you feel the need to go another day! I expect I'll go as I wasn't impressed with Sandown but won't buy a ticket in advance just in case I can't go!

Have you been before Jacky & Sue?
Just wondered if it was worth going as its a 2hr drive for me, but then might be able to coax some of the other Kent ladies to come for a day out ?

Sandown was a bit disappointing but Make-it is great - shame I'll miss it. That's where I first met up with some of the old forum members at The Crafty Cow stand.

I went for the first time last year and it was very good. Plenty of stands and space to walk between them!

I went a couple of times when it was at Thorpe Park and last year when it was at Farnborough. It is the best show I have been to - not too crowded like when I went to the NEC - but lots of stands As I say, I managed 3 days last year Would love to meet the Kent girlies there

I went for 2 days last year but won't be going this year as I'm hoping to go to the NEC in November. It costs me more than I save due to travel and hotel he he but the atmosphere is great and you get to see the people in real life and chat to them. There are some brilliant bargains to be had too and items that don't make it out into the shops until after the shows.

Nah I didn't enjoy it at all last year ..... MUCH he he I loved it

Its at Farnborough Airport, Hampshire and its on Friday Feb 20th - Sunday 22nd .

www.make-it.org.uk - there is 50p booking fee for every ticket but it is cheaper to buy in advance. I have got one ticket but it can be used for any day so haven't yet made up my mind which day to go

Thanks. I might be down at Mum and Dads that week as it's half term so if I have enough money I may just have to take a visit.

i would like to go ,but its too far for me.

Yes i am going to the Make it craft show next weekend.

I too have my ticket in advance & i do like it when it is an 'open' ticket then you can decide which day to go & got be committed.

I am going on the Sat at the mo so if anyone is planning to go on that day then let me know would love to meet up.

Replied on other post Christine so far 4 of us are going to Farnborough,we will have to meet up

Love this show, went twice to Thorpe park and then to Farnborough last year.

Myself and my friend will be there on the Saturday and will no doubt end up broke. Although hopefully if we have a little dosh left we may just slither down the road to The Crafty Cow as well.

I've got tickets for my daughter and me - but we can only get there on the Sunday - she w*rks Saturday and I w*rk Friday (and she is at school then anyway).
