Post  Karen R Sun Sep 06, 2009 9:29 am

Morning,

A little overcast at the moment, with that little nip in the air.
Everyone still fast asleep, so doing my usual Sunday morning ritual... coffee and catching up on tv programmes that I have taped in the week.
Mum will be coming up for lunch later on.
So other than that... will just go with the flow!!!
Enjoy your day

xx

Good morning everyone

Belated Anniversary wishes to Karen and Keith, hope you enjoyed your day. Sorry Kayleigh is still suffering she must
be getting really fed up with missing out through it now. My Goddaughter is off to a brownie event today. All tied in
with 100 years of guiding that is coming up I believe.

Off shortly for my first of twice daily visits to Andy I do 2-4 and 6-8. He had his epidural out yesterday morning and was
ok in the morning while he still had the remains of the drug in him but last night he was bad and he text me at 8 am this morning - bless! to tell me to cancel his visits from the godchildren and his workmates that were scheduled for today. Thought they would take the pressure off me to keep finding things to talk about but it is not to be.

Hope everything goes well at the hospital for Lou and they start her back in the right direction. 2009 is proving to be
a bit lousy for many of us one way or another.

Hugs to anyone who needs them and I hope you all enjoy your plans for the day however basic they may be.

Catch up with you guys later

Belated Anniversary wishes to Karen and Keith, hope you enjoyed your day.

Having a lazy afternoon watching some programmes on catchup.

Did loads of cooking earlier for the next few days meals. Made great pot of mince (half lowfat beef half Quorn mince) Added extra tomato and mushrooms to 1/3 for spag bol tonight, added kidney beans and chilli to another for chilli and rice tomorrow and the final part had some extra veggies added and a topping of mashed pototo and sweet potato for a cottage pie - that should do for Tuesday!

Nice to be back on the old SW regime and hopefully I'll start getting those excess pound off soon. I did so well last year losing 3 stone but I've put 8 lbs on since January and I've still another 3 stone to go!

Hope Kayleigh's foot is better soon.

Good luck tomorrow Lou.

Well done with the car boot bargains Juli

Hope Andy's feeling better after yesterday's epidural Pat
