Morning

Dont quite know what to say... we went to the wedding, but unfortunately there was tension there, obviously didnt want to spoil the day for the happy couple - but there is a row brewing. I cannot belive how rude Keiths mother can be.
On a lighter note.. it didnt rain! It was very overcast though. Photographs took forever and we were late getting to the reception.
Keith did struggle and was pleased to get home (in more ways than one!!)
It is so warm out now, looks as if we could have a thunderstorm - at least it would clear the air.
Have a lovely day

Actually the previous statement was wrong... I have lots to do today..... been given a new desktop PC that will be able to go online... our old one is prehistoric but I do my printing from it... but its such a palaver transferring images via usb pen to it and then mucking about!!

I just hope the new one has a word processing thing on it as thats how i like doing my inserts!

So today I have to save all my cardmaking stuff to disk and then clean off all the programmes!

Good morning Karen, Janet, Lou, Di, and all who follow Very Happy Hot again here today, going to a barbecue this afternoon for our friends Ruby Wedding, thank goodness I had made their card before my computer gave up as I would be rushing around now Laughing Everything backed up now on external hard drive and DVDs - not taking any chances. I am about to make a card for a friend to give to another friend. She asked me for specific things on the card which I found an image of and saved to my computer. When Martin put the computer back together there was everything on there up to March so the image wasnt there but was on the external hard drive but I thought it would be just as easy to search for it again. Found it straight away and clicked on it to go to the original image and Google came up with a warning that going to this website could damage your computer Shocked Now wonder if that is what happened to mine. Still had the image on the external so can still use it Very Happy it's only a signpost. The website was something like fortunecity just as a warning.

Hope you all have a good day Very Happy

Hope you manage to persuade him to go to the park Di, yukky being stuck inside when it's nice. Our sun has gone now and it is sprinkling with a little rain, but not much x

Have a lovely time at the BBQ Jacky x Thanks for the warning about that site x

Afternoon ladies Smile
Been out since early this morning, had breakfast on the prom at Dover and havent been home long Smile
Gorgeous outside but glad to be indoors and get out of the heat a little, I curse my puter room in the winter because it can get so cold but in the summer it is a nice cool little haven Smile
Sorry to hear there was tension at the wedding Karen but arent there tensions of some kind at most weddings lol!
fortunecity is reknowned for being a crap place to go Jacky for want of a better word, alsorts of bugs and trojans in there, so quite possibly where you might have picked something up Evil or Very Mad
Hope everyone is having a good day and staying cool Smile
Take care all and stay safe xXx

Just a flying visit again - still chopping up all the bits of tree Roy took down yesterday - well he's been chopping them up. I supplied copious drinks and built the new garden table. I felt a bit like the monkey trying to put a deckchair up lol! - eventually he had to come and help as I didn't have enough hands. It said it folded up which I thought would be good but guess what - it takes two people to fold it up 'cos you have to unscrew the legs What a Face Off for a long soak in bath now before dinner.

Of course thats allowed Lou - very therapuetic (sp) on a hot day. I can't believe you have to take the legs off the table Sue, when they say it folds up. What a silly idea, Having said that, ours folds up but there is no way I could do it, Martin can at a struggle but its easier with two people,

The barbecue was lovely - different as they just cooked sausages - 150 of them, and had dishes of different types of mash - parsnip, cheese & onion etc. plus gravy. They were absolutely delicious. Then loads of different desserts, and a large cake. Had a really lovely afternoon. The sun was behind clouds a bit and a cool breeze appearred so it was really comfortable in the garden. Just come home and upstair is like an oven so have opened all the windows hoping it cools off a bit before bedtime.
