Sun's not up yet so hopefully it will make an appearance a bit later on.
Busy day at work today got too much to do but no different than any other day this week. Then Dad's coming round tonight as he wants me to go hunting for cheaper household and contents insurance so any reccomendations would be greatly received

Good morning Di, Jan, Andrea and all who follow - my fingers are having trouble working this morning it's so cold but at least the sun is shining. It didnt stop raining all day yesterday, stopped about 11.00 last night. This morning on the news it said Farnborough had 60mm - seemed like 60 inches No plans as yet apart from having a shower, Martin has gone to work. Have a good day all and hope your antibiotics work for you Lexie and glad Karen took our advice and saw sense yesterday

Just a quickie this morning as got a couple of things to do before we get the train up to London and have our girlie day, Iam a bit worried that Karen ( or anyone else for that matter ) might let me down and start cleaning and sorting cupboards out without me nagging them to stop!!!! No show of the sun here , was'nt that rain awful last night ? It was still pouring about 1am. Have a great day everyone and behave ......no h*******k !!! love and hugs to poorlies , if anyone has contact with Lou give her my love , she is having it rough latley.Hope the poorlie hubbies are behaving .Only one bad bout of coughing last night so hopefully I 'll have it nipped in the bud early. Forgot to tell you at long last have had some succsess with my ' Slice ' had another play last night a bit happier but still not 100% I really am trying to like it as one of the cartridges has lovely frames and they eventually cutout nicely !! lexie

Well... todays the day, Keith will find out exactly what is going to happen. His appointment is at 3.15 but the Hospital car service has told him to be ready for 12.00.
Lovely sunny morning, so think I will find some washing to do!!
Other than that, I am going to have an easy day.. children to be collected later on.

Morning everyone. It's freezing here but the sun is trying it's best to come out. We haven't had any rain but then again I don't want it either.

I still have plenty of ironing to do but I must try and get my ATCs and card swap done as well

Mornig ladies. Sun trying to break through but at least it's not wet! Was getting a bit paranoid yesterday - kept checking the garage to see if it had flooded as the drive was under water. Had problems 2 years ago and had to have a new soakaway put in which seems to have sorted problem as long as I clean all the muck out of it regularly. Trouble is the drive slopes down towards the house and all the mess washes down and into drain. I cleared a bucketful of mud out just last week - fortunately. Back twingeing a bit today after my clearing out session - I did the understairs cupboard as well as the drawers. Obviously overdid it which is easy to do when it feels OK I forget and just do everything instead of being careful!
Had a bit of a fright this morning - went to take photo of card I made yesterday and camera wouldn't switch on - still wouldn't switch on after changing batteries. So made a cup of coffee then tried again and the third time I switched it on it worked- goodness knows what that was all about.

Hope Keith gets sorted out this time Karen I have a terrible confession to make - I put the hoover around the bedroom and my craft room this morning - then to reward myself, went to the Crafty Cow as I needed some stickles

well... I have done it ladies!!!
The cupboard under the sink is clean Tomorrows job is the mug/glass cupboard. In fact think I will have a good sort out of that one! If I can do a couple of units a day, the job will be done in no time. Must admit the back is aching a bit.

me again!!! .....

Keith is back.... he has to go in for his operation within the next 2 - 3 weeks. He is so pleased things are moving at long last. It looks at the moment as if 3 ribs are to be plated, possibly more.
HOpefully we will all sleep better tonight!

Thank goodness for that Karen, so pleased something is going to be done, what a relief for you all. Now you can stop working yourself silly and relax and do some crafting

I don't turn my back for the day and talk of housework cleaning out understairs cupboards I am exhausted after all that talk ..... Good News that Keith is going to get something sorted lexie
