Morning Jacky...... yes it is rather getting like the Mary Celeste on here!!!

Glad the house is coming on hun and I really hope you are enjoying doing it as much as I did when I started it.....

I had an email from Juli this morning this is what she put about Chris..... just in case she doesn't get on herself.... hope she doesn't mind....

Hi Lou just a quick note, Chris is doing ok and home he had a local to have the op, bone had to be taken away as to badly damaged and some skin/tissue. They have rebuilt I with the skin that was there and hopefully that will take, if not will have to have general and more taken away, will have to wait and see. Juli xx

Ady went back to work at the beginning of the week hun, but as it is so quiet at work he decided on Friday he was gonna book a week off... so he is home for a week as from tomorrow, so that will be nice. Now we are both feling more human at least we can have some quality time together! Maybe get out and about if the weather improves, but we also have some ceiling decorating in the girls room to do. Bad quality artexing has taken on some of the condensation from the girls room and has discoloured the ceiling so we need to get that cleaned, stain sealed and repainted! And it's a blooming big room!!!

Good afternoon Lou and Jacky and all who follow. It is quiet isn't it? Maybe everyone's starting to get ready for Christmas! I noticed the lights had gone up in shopping centre in town this morning. Probably won't be around much next week - Roy has taken the week off so plan to get some clearing out done - a few trips to the dump I think - and hope to have a day in London. Then his brother is coming Friday and my son and girlfriend Saturday for the weekend. Need to get bedroom tidied ie craft stuff that has overflowed into there moved out, some h*****k done and some food shopping!

Good afternoon Lou and Jacky, been busy getting ready for the invasion at 3, just a final run round with the hoover then I'm done Smile
Brought Jakes a PSP for Birthday so it's my job to read the manual and set things up Rolling Eyes

Hope you and Ady manage to have a couple of days free to do something together other than painting Very Happy
Thanks for the update on Juli and Jen its good to know that it went ok with Juli's OH Chris. Hope Jen manages to feel a bit better soon.

Off to get a cuppa and some lunch now.
I might be on later if I survive, Lou don't know how you survived a whole classroom in your house. You must have been on some good medication that day lol!

I wondered where Jen was. So she's another SAD person. Mine seems to have kicked in now but when the sun is out I try to get out too. I can't seem to settle to anything these days and flit about acheiving very little. Still haven't got on to those Chrstmas cards yet and just heard my class tomorrow is cancelled - surprise, surprise!

Watching an old drama with John Thaw on ITV3 and popped on here during the advert break. The kettle's just boiled so I'm off for a hot Chocolate (options) which luckily I'm allowed on my diet.

Di hope the party is going ok and please wish Jakes a Happy Birthday from Martin and myself Very Happy Sorry to hear you have another class cancelled Jane Sad perhaps I have a touch of SADs as I always feel like curling up and doing nothing when the weather is horrible. Been sat watching Pocahontas Laughing Laughing popping into the other room every so often to do another row of bricks. Half way down the wall now - or quarter of the way as I am only bricking the bottom half. Sue, enjoy your time with Roy and your family Very Happy
