Great news at last - it appears my gunk is not as it seems and is in fact sterile liquid, he he. The test showed that it is perfectly sterile so no need to go back in nor is there risk of further infection - yippee!!! The district nurse is still coming daily to poke holes in the wound and drain out what they can but they figure by the end of next week the wound should have healed up enough for me to be discharged from their care I am so relieved The pain I am experiencing is apparently due to some of the nerve endings being messed about when they cauterised the abscesses off, and should be temporary

I know I missed this morning but I had a blooming good reason....

I was out abusing my purse and bank account down the town!!!

Got Emily some gorgeous Cowboy boots for a fiver, Georgia a summer coat for a tenner, Ady a book for 99p (WWE) me 7 books for a fiver, some die cut forever friends sheets (14 sheets for £4.99) some gems, some silk flowers for cards, a new craft magazine with Dandelion & Daisy freebie pack, a new Nintendo DS Lite for Emily for £60, a brilliant England baseball cap for Ady that has a metal disk on the rim which says BEER and when you look under the peak of the cap its a bottle opener!!! Got one for my mates hubby too as it was his birthday BBQ we went to on Sunday!

Oh I have had fun, was a nightmare getting it all in one bag and back home on the bus though, I am fairly pooped out now!!!

Got a busy weekend too..... we are off to a local reserve tomorrow to do some bird watching/pond dipping with the kids...me and my mate are taking our four kids and then we are off to Ady's caravan site for a swim after....

Still got the grocery shopping to do... all the weeks washing..... housework etc... but who gives a toss!!! LOL
