Morning....

No sunshine for us this morning - but we do have a bit of blue sky around.
Keith has just gone off to hospital for the injection and an MRI. Not sure what time he will be back
Going up to the library later on, and then back home to relax. Mum has Dawn (the sitter) coming in today for 4 hours - so I know its 4 hours quality time with Amy. Going to get some popcorn and watch a film.... My Sister's Keeper - a weepie!!

I joined Facebook last night... and I have no idea what I am doing...Amy says oh you just do this that and press this and its poooofff...over my head!!! Meatloaf came up and I thought he wanted to be my friend ... Amy laughed

Sorry I haven't been around, not been sleeping well at all.... this cold and cough is still hanging on even after 2 weeks so am absolutely exhausted most of the time.

Have posted my swap card from Jacky and if anyone needs cheering up I suggest they go have a look at it as it certainly made this household giggle tonnes on Tuesday when it arrived. Jacky sorry for delay in getting the pic up x

Hope everyone is ok...... will have to go back and have a read to see whats been going on.....

I for one will be glad when the kids go back to school...they are bored already poor kids.... they are having a sleepover tonight so I just better hope I don't spend all night coughing like I did last night If not it will be on the sofa for me again!

Also made a couple of cards for the monthly challenge, another couple of xmas ones to add to my little pile! Managed to get 20 of the wedding invites done too...but don't have enough ribbon....it cut to 49 lengths and I need 60 so have just ordered more of that today then I can get them finished as soon as she lets me know the inside wording!

Tomorrow's FRIDAY 13th.............don't think I'll get out of bed

Shame Jane is having a horror of a week !
Hello everyone , phew a day off ! Manic in that shop , men with wires , lights on lighs off , l oo working loo not working ,,,,,no staff and on top of that flippin customers come in ! Just glad to off until defnetly next wednesday only till 2 !
Dulcie went off yesturday , She text to let me know she'd arrived and I spoke briefly o her but I know she'll be having a ball just hope the weather holds up for them .
Its bliss here , Mick's working and Iam flitting from one job to the next Iam way behind as a girlfriend came for coffee and we chatted so much she stayed for lunch it was brill to catch up !speak later

Have added you ladies... still no idea what I am doing - Amy whizzes through things with me as if I should know what I am doing!!

Washing machine fixed. 2 teeth rebuilt. Tracked down replacement plates. Found B-I-L's missing birthday card. Microwave working again. Mind you, that's more than a month's pension money gone - good job I've just filled the fridge and freezer.

Still staying in bed for Friday 13th!

Just a quick drop in to say hi to you all and to let you know what the Dr said today .... I knew there was something wrong with me but didn't know what, yes yes I can hear the chants of You're mad woman accept it coming from you lot he he .... but, wait for it .... the darned abscesses are back - well at least one so far Very high dose antibiotics to try and kill it off but if no joy then it will be an appointment with the surgeon's knife again to lance that one too They think its deep under the scar either on the inside of the colon or attached to the outside like the rest were Little bu****rs wish they would leave me alone he he.

I've posted photos of the craft things that I've been doing over the last few weeks. For some insane reason I've felt the need to make some quickie Christmas cards .... and normally I can't stand making them he he.
