and its not a nice start to the day!!
A lot cooler, miserable and spitting with rain.

Just seen Mum off to the Daycare Centre... she hasnt had a very good couple of days. Sleeping through the day, and not at night time. I am the bad one for trying to keep her awake.

No plans for today... so going to go with the flow as they say!! enjoy your day xx

I have a house full still this morning.... two extra's stayed overnight..... I propped myself up last night in an effort to not cough and disturb them all, turns out I saw in nearly every hour and sometimes even the half hours!!! Considering the little sleep I got though I don't feel too bad this morning!

I am up and about but didn't enjoy the drive to Charlewood. Traffic light sequence on a large round-a-bout I use had gone wrong and while I was queuing to get round a rather large lorry came VERY close to squeeze down the dual carriageway that our lane was blocking. A bit further on I met a dumper truck on a bad bend - I was doing less than 20 but still had to brake hard as he was in the middle of the road.

Staying indoors for the rest of the day and cooking a nice roast dinner for my son tonight. Not using the best china today! Only thing that didn't go according to plan is my new hair colour - a bit too dark (its actually my natural shade until a couple of years ago) but its not permanent and should be OK in a couple of weeks when it fades a bit!

I put a colour on mine the other week and mines gone too dark at the ends Jane.... try a medicated shampoo and leave it on for 5 mins, usually leeches the colour out a bit xxx That was a tip from my hairdresser and it usually works x

He he The weird bit is the front and top of my hair is white naturally, the back however has a lot of grey in it which is why I have to dye it as I look like babies do when their hair changes colour or a Neapolitan ice-cream he he
