Good morning Janet, and all who follow I love Nanny Mac. Going to carry on sorting out the craft room, looks more messy than when I started at the moment but it is getting there. Got a friend coming round later to show me the first cards she has made with the stuff she borrowed from me

Hope Juli and Jane are in less pain now, no Lexie yesterday - hope she is ok. Hugs to all those who need them today and enjoy your day whatever you are doing.

Hope the poorlies are getting better by the minute.
Its a bit miserable here this morning. Amy is to a big water fight later on followed by a BBQ... one way or another she is going to get very wet!! Rain looks like it is on its way!

Have a stiff neck this morning, dont know whether its because I slept awkwardly or because I was peering into the airing cupboard last night. Amy went to get a towel and asked why it was wet... checked the others and almost all of the bedding and towels are wet through We had a leaky pipe last year when Keith was in hospital - going to check it out later.
So I dont think much will be happening today.. no ironing for certain!!

She had so much to cope with it's understandable that she wasn't able to concentrate at exam time x Hope you manage to find the cause of the wet towels and get it fixed easily and non expensively! I am hoping we can go out somewhere today, got up early and had a bath (well perched on my slatted shower board with my feet in the bath water! Our bathroom is gonna be gutted on the 20th Sept and the bath replaced with a new Mira shower and new floor, extractor etc... so guess what happened...one week into summer hols our old existing Triton shower packs up! Not very helpful!

Hope you get the leak sorted quickly and cheaply Karen how annoying to find everything wet. Sally had that problem last year too. Hope your neck gets easier as the day goes on too. Lou how annoying to have the shower pack up with just 4 weeks to go - you take care though in a slippery bath. Thanks for texting Lexie, I haven't got her mobile no. just her home number.

Well the crappo scooter sold for fifty quid in the end..... The bloke just paid thru PAYPAL and is coming to collect it on Tuesday but he can't be sure what time, he said if we are out to leave the scooter outside and put a bag with the charger and key in it in the recycling bin..... but thinking about it he could come and take the scooter and then turn round and say that it wasn't there when he turned up couldn't he? I am not being taken for a fool again I can tell ya! We will have to sort something else out I think... maybe he can collect it from my mum's addy if he's not here before we go out! Or maybe I can leave the keys with my neighbour
