Monday again

Good morning all - hope you are all nice and warm. The sun is shining brightly here and no snow yet but a very white frost this morning. Had a text from Lou last night, she is hoping to be on here today but sends her love to you all. Her back is not good after her fall.

Got a birthday card to do for my friend to send to her sister so better get on with it today. Enjoy your day all whatever you are doing.

Well we have had more snow overnight and its just started again.
Mum gone off to the Daycare centre, bit reluctant - but they have said they maybe back a little earlier. Mum is supposed to be having her first night sit tonight... but again we are just going to see how things go.
Keith was supposed to be going to see a Barrister today, but just had a phone call cancelling. quite pleased, as he was going to go by train and I think it would have been too much for him.
Amy is snuffling and coughing, managed to get her an appointment tomorrow - her throat doesnt look very nice at all.
Me... I am fine!!!

Lou... Hope you are feeling better, take it easy
Right... off to do something useful... cleaning the fridge today

Am feeling slightly less sore today but back is still giving me real grief.... to be expected I suppose..... getting sciatica down both legs now!!!

No snow here unfortunatly... I have changed my mind now, would like a bit!!!

Good afternoon ladies big hugs to Lou , Amy, ive had the morning from hell. I went to aerobics to find it had been cancelled so came straight back home and fell done on the icy snow and bashed my knee up something rotton, called out all the naughty words i could think of and thankfully no one saw me got in and checked myself to find an egg size blue bump i felt sick as a dog. Then eldest text me to ring school to come home , when i rang there is no need has there are enough teachers and pupils for the school to stay open. I was furious has she kept saying everyone has gone home but her . She will be in bother when she gets home. Rant over hugs to anymore poorlies and Jen hope you are ok xx. It was fine when i got up but from six o clock to nine it put a heck of a lot of snow down and very slippy.

Oh dear Andrea, not a good day hun. Hope the poorly knee heals quickly and you give that daughter of yours a peace of your mind!

Afternoon ladies from a very cold Fleet. Or at least I am! Karen's telepathy must have been working on me this morning as I cleaned the freezer out. I've been putting it off as it's a large chest one (OMG it's just started snowing!) but it had got to the stage where I had no idea what was in it - kept putting stuff in and not getting down the bottom of it. When I took stuff out for David yesterday it was very iced up at one side so I've emptied it scraped all the frost off and put it all back tidy. Had very cold fingers even though I had gloves on. (Stopped snowing again )

Was thinking I was well ahead as I have made all my Christmas cards but then realised I haven't made inserts or put anything inside them oops! Back to the grindstone!

Ouch Andrea... hope it doesnt give you too much trouble tonight.
Sitter isnt coming tonight... they phoned earlier on, as the sitter is travelling quite a way, she doesnt want to risk it. They are hoping that Wednesday will still be on - but we are supposed to be having more snow tonight, so think it will be a case of taking each day at a time.

Oh Karen, what a pain. What would have happened if you were really relying on her though.

not a lot I suppose! I have waited this long so, another day or two wont hurt.
