It is Tuesday

Good morning all raining here this morning and the builder has just arrived. Martin has gone off for our walk this morning but after walking into Frimley yesterday afternoon, I didn't think I could do 5 miles. I struggled getting home and that's only just over two miles there and back. Got an appointment this afternoon with the Dr. Going to watch Dawn Bibby and get on with my swap card this morning

We're clearing the loft ....again.

Got to go to the surgery later to get a letter from the doc to show my blood pressure is under control and that I'm exercising and trying to lose weight in case it is a problem at the immigration medical.

Waiting for the private clinic to confirm appointment date - hopefully in the next 2 weeks!

Food shopping later when the rain stops and may get to the post office to get my swap card off but have run out of large stamps.

Police checks have gone off together with photographs which were done last night at Asda - never a dull moment.

I went to the Dr. this afternoon and got to go back next Tuesday for a blood test and she is arranging a scan too Patio stones are all now down, just got to put the cement between them when it is fully dry
