Thursday
Good morning ladies. It's dull here today and it looks like it might rain later. Kayleigh has gone up to High School today to meet her new teachers and see what it's like at her new school. Joshua will meet his new teacher for year 6 today too.
I've got to go to learn Direct this morning because the job centre have told me to go otherwise I can lose my benefit (I don't think they will be able to help me but I can see. This afternoon I have to take Josh for a hospital appointment about his hip.
(((HUGS))) to anyone who needs them
Have a good day whatever you are doing

Re: Thursday
Good morning Frances and all who follow - horrible miserable rainy day here this morning Had a phone call yesterday afternoon to say the hospital had a cancellation so I could have an appointment to see a consultant today - I accepted and then they told me it was at the Aldershot hospital. The Consultants do Frimley Park and Aldershot, so instead of a 2 min walk to the hospital I have to drive and find somewhere to park
Hope Kayleigh enjoys her day, and that Josh gets some result for his hip Hugs to those that need one.

Good morning ladies.this
Francis, you have just reminded me when you said about Kayleigh going to meet her new teachers, my little grandson is starting school in September! and he has to go for an hour and a half this afternoon.
Jacky, do hope all goes well at the hospital, how far is it away?
I have ironing to do this morning, then Deborah is not at work today so am going to hers for lunch at midday. The coming home to either finish the ironing or find something else to do, then going back to sit with Hannah for an hour while Deborah goes to Jakes parents evening, then back home and then tonight my friend Jo is coming round for a chat.
And thats my day.

Re: Thursday
It's not far at all Marion but I don't know what the parking is like there. I know it is terrible at Frimley Park but I can see the hospital from my house. Will go early to find somewhere.
Re: Thursday
Morning ladies.
Jacky if it's at the new med centre in Aldershot it has its own car park and doesn't seem to be as busy as FP when I've been.
Very wet here today - not got much planned - certainly won't be gardening!
Had an "interesting" afternoon and evening yesterday. While I was up here on Pc I heard a thud outside and thought the plastic greenhouse had blown over as it often does when its windy. When I went downstairs later found that the thud had been next door's gazebo which had blown over the 5ft fence and was resting with one foot in the pond outside my dining room! Nobody in next door and I had no idea how to dismantle the thing so waited for them to come home. By 7pm no-one home so rang her mobile (which was off) and left a message. Then the wind took this thing again and blew it back towards her house but tipped it up so it was resting against my kitchen window. Getting worried it might cause some damage by this time. Anyway as luck would have it neighbour on other side was out at his car so got hime to come round and help.He had it dismantled in about five minutes.
Passed it back over the fence later when the daughter came home - she'd noticed it wasn't there but thought her mum must have come home at lunchtime and taken it down! Then I noticed other neighbour had left the back door of his land rover open from when he'd come round to me so went and knocked his door - couldn't make him hear, rang his mobile - no answer- waited a while - car still open - rang again - no answer again- knocked door no answer so closed the car door. About half an hour later he rang me to see what problem was -signal died - I rang him as he knocked on my door. Whew!!

Re: Thursday
I have no idea where I am going Sue, just know its on Hospital Hill.
While I was typing this Martin just phoned to say he had looked up the postcode they gave me and it looks very nice and it is the new centre.
What a day you had, it was extremely windy yesterday and supposed to be again tonight. Glad it didn't do any damage.

Re: Thursday
Dead easy to find and get to Jacky, but you'll need change for car park machine when you leave ( which is in the entrance to the building not the car park!)
Re: Thursday
