Magic Monday

As it draws to a close here - you are just beginning. Been a great start to the week for me. Sorted the internet.....and emails......and the VoIP phones are working. RESULT!!!!

Got 2 more welcome cards and a couple of Christmas ones too and a package containing 6 new Tilda Christmas stamps (a lovely farewell gift from my friends in Charlewood - just want my craft room but no idea when we'll get our stuff. Getting closer as the ship should have docked by now. Just got to get it all through customs and arrange delivery....

Had 2 Skype calls early this morning and it was great talking to special friends face to face as if they are in the next room. Every time I was about to jump in the shower the phone rang but it was a very special time.

Hope the rest of you have a great week and that its not too cold. I won't tell you what it is here only to say we really must find out how the aircon works! It has been raining, but trying to brighten up now.
Already done some ironing... oh yes!
Got to collect some tablets and thats about it for me.

I for one am not jealous of the heat. We have had a few of those glorious winter mornings, beautiful clear bright blue sky, crispy underfoot and a lovely sun shining away. Absolutely love it like this!

Me, I am making 32 Christmas Tatty Ted Bookmarks as Emily has decided she would like to give each of her classmates a bookmark instead of a Christmas card this year! Thats fine with me...just hope I have enough red ribbon to make them all the same! Managed to get 4 on each sheet and sheet 5 is printing...only 3 more to go...then comes the cutting out, hole punching, ribbon tying and little bitta glitter on Tattu's hat! Then they are done! No sweat! Much rather make something and didn't have time to make cards for the girls this year so at least the bookmark is homemade and not too fussy!

We had a great night out on Saturday, first time we have been out in about 7 months How pathetic is that?

Well... just had a phone call from the Letting Agent, got a viewing this afty at Mum's house... not building hopes up, but it sounds like the lady is pretty desperate to get another house.

Sample as requested..... they are not totally finished but you get the gist from this...they will have a little ribbon poking out the top!

Sorry I have been AWOL again but really have to keep off the computer so that I can get on with my cards I have made 50 now so getting there, and some more prepped - just have to be stuck together
