Good Afternoon Ladies, isn't it nice to see the sunshine and have the temperature go up a bit.

We have had plumbing issues and currently have no upstairs toilet, so running out to the downstairs one in the unheated
porch has not been fun in this chilly period. Today we have got hot water back to the bath after 2 wks, hopefully by
the end of the week the toilet will be sorted and we can all smile again.

My blood pressure isn't happy at the moment 169/111 so think I will have to book into some craft classes to
chill me back down again.

I occasionally do the online shopping when I am really busy but usually forget something lol! hope you are more successful
Jackie, have fun with the girls Janet. We have the godchildren for Thursday & Friday - not sure that will help the BP

Afternoon....

Its a bit breezy out today, did some washing this morning and it has dried!
Had rather a busy night!!! Settled Daisy down at 10.00 she cried for an hour, then started again at 1.30 Keith went down, she managed to use the puppy pads, went out came back in and settled down till I got up at 6.00. We was lucky with Bailey, she never cried, but its awful listening to a puppy crying, knowing its the wrong thing to go and comfort her. We are keeping a close eye on Bailey with her, she is only playing, but gets a bit rough sometimes.

You were very lucky for Bailey not to cry, I think all the dogs we have had over the years have cried the first night. It is heartbreaking to hear them. Glad she settled in the end.

My shopping appeared ok - just one thing missing but not important Should be easier next time as I know what I am doing now. Going out for a romantic meal Janet - have a lovely time. Martin cooked me one as we eat early, boil in the bag fish in butter sauce (not even cod), ready sliced potatoes with cheesey sauce, and frozen peas. Finished off with keylime pie and cream. So much for watching my cholesterol I am now going to book him some cooking lessons for his birthday - he likes to cook, I just wish he could
