Tuesday.
Good morning all, up early (for me lately) Martin going off for a cycle ride this morning as they are starting a cycle group in U3A. Someone asked me how I was going to get on when he retires at the end of this month - I replied that it would be nice to see him
Got them all coming over tonight for dinner to sort out the last details of their holiday. Did my shopping online last night so that will be delivered today. Have been enjoying myself making cards this week using my stamps. Planning to do a lot of stamping so I can sit colouring in the week they are away without having to go to my craft room with Callie around. I am sure she will be ok but if I was in there concentrating on what I was doing, who knows what she could run off with. Will have to cage myself in like Martin did outside
Have a good day, not quite as foggy today.

Re: Tuesday.
Good morning girls.
Jacky, caging yourself in sounds like a good idea Gosh, the end of the month there will be a man about the house then? Is Martyn looking forward to it?
We had a beauriful sunny day on Sunday and it was supposed to be like that all week. Well, something has gone wrong somewhere as yesterday it was really cold and today looks dismal and dreary and its probably just as cold.
I have the chiropodist coming this morning, then I might get myself off to the craft shop as I really do want a small leaf punch. It just seems a bit futile though to have to drive 11 miles there, then pay for parking and 11 miles back just for a very small leaf punch.
Hope you all hav a good day

Re: Tuesday.
Morning Jacky, Karen, Marion and all who follow. Well dentist repaired the tooth yet again. I did ask him if I should make another appointment for a fortnight's time just in case!
Marion- enjoy your trip to the craft shop and you know you will come back with more than just one punch
I am doing my calligraphy project today as I'm running out of time. The calligraphy bit is OK but it has to be decorated with drawings (And I can't draw!!). Nobody said we had to be artists when we signed up. It's taken me ages to find a verse that I can illustrate (ie trace the picture)
and the ones I've seen so far are really good.

I was thinking exactly the same Sue I was supposed to be doing Martin's card this morning but my order from Joanna Sheen came - not really men's things Why don't you stamp an image in pale colour and then go over it with the calligraphy pen I can't draw either.
Hope your tooth survives this time Sue - I don't trust dentist.
Still a bit hazy here too Marion.

I thought of stamping but not doing it in a pale colour but haven't got any stamps suitable in spite of having lots and lots!
