Had a crap night coughing and have a blinder of a headache today but don't feel quite so bunged up this morning. Scared meself when I looked in bathroom mirror!

Morning Lou and all who follow. I must say you sound very perky Lou! I have felt like I was getting a cold since Monday (I'm blaming my DIL as she had a cold when I visited last weekend!) but it hasn't come to anything except a bit headachy and dry throat. I have a very deep voice first thing in the morning!

Roy has gone up to London today to a model soldier exhibition so I'm having a me day. Only went to one show with him - never again as it was full of very smelly old men

Funny you should ask that Sue, I was wondering that the other day - have a little bag of stamps... not quite enough to send off... but did think about Lexie.

WEll... Amy has gone off into one of the Charity Shops to lend a hand - she had arranged this a couple of weeks ago. Not sure whether she will still do it once she starts work, as she will be having long days. Going to try it for a month.

Certainly a difference in the weather, a lot colder.
