Off to bed soon with a decaf coffee and a good book -feeling sleepy so here's hoping!

It took a bit longer than usual, even going through the Q is for duck alphabet, girls and boys names etc but got to sleep eventually and only woke up once. Off to have a long relaxing soak in the bath as it will be a while before I can do that again.

Will probably be back again soon, babbling away to help pass the time.

Hopefully it was just for last night I usually sleep very well. Had a lavender oil relaxing bath and a large cooked breakfast of fresh grapefruit, followed by bacon, mushrooms and an egg on toast - good job I'm not 'nil by mouth'

I had my usual OatSoSimple seems to be the best thing for me to have for brekkie at keeping me filled up and my blood levels maintained, had cooked brekkie on Sunday though so it doesn't hurt now and again

Sorry I didnt get back Jane. Had a phone call from a friend who wants me to make 4 cards for her by Sunday Bearing in mind she wants "special" ones and I am going walking with Martin if the weather is good tomorrow and at Sandown all day on Saturday with a Barn Dance Saturday evening, I will have to get my skates on. After the phone call I realised I needed to get to the PO to post Martin's brother birthday card then I decided to have an early lunch. Now I have to get back to work Just realised I didnt get the washing out of the machine and the other lot in Sun gone in now but will put it out anyway. Just came on to say Good Luck positive thoughts coming your way Using Martins laptop as it stops me going onto anything else
