Sunny Thursday?

Good Morning ladies. Just a quick visit here. I'm supposed to be booking an hotel for a night in October. We're doing a tour of the offspring! Then I'm off for coffee before I tackle the painting again as it is forecast dry today. The sun is just trying to break through. Hope you all have a good day - chat later.

Hope you all realise that it is exactly 3 months today to the 25th December where has this year gone to... scary if you sit back and think about it!!

Well we have lovely sunshine today, just put some washing out and its blowing away nicely, quite warm as well.

Still waiting for the plumber to ring going to give him till the end of today... then decide what we are going to do. Still very annoying when he doesnt acknowledge my phone call... unless he is on holiday of course

Yipeeeeeeeeeee. If its 3 months till Chistmas, its only another 6 weeks after that till we fly to Australia once again.

I'm one very proud grandma as we have just received a copy Sophie's report from Kindy before starting 'big' school in a couple of weeks - It is truly outstanding with words such as reliable, mature, intelligent, very capable, exceptional, well above average and amazing dotted all over it.

Her little sister should do well too but she is more confident, boiterous, adventurous and mischevious. Can't wait to see them again.

Well I have been to have my acupuncture and had a 'rerr guid blether' (real good chinwag) with the nurse who does it.
She is Scottish too
I am determined to spend the rest of the day in my craftroom
So that way maybe I just might get round to some crafting

Karen you really frightened me when you mentioned how close Christmas is
With 7 of a family between us and their various partners I think we had better get a shift on with some shopping
I hope you have some success today with your plumber
If he is anything like ours, he was forever off to Spain for a week or two in the sun
Maybe a plumbing course might be a good idea after all

Let us know if your plumber turns up Karen I've just got back from the dentist, put the kettle on and then realised I couldn't have a cuppa cos my lip is completely numb so thought I would visit the forum to pass the time. Should be finishing a couple of cards but not in the mood at the moment

A very good late afternoon to you all, loved the photos Jane they are grandchildren to be proud of well done , but 3 months till Christmas Karen oh dear...... the weather here has been changable today but the sun is just setting out over the back of Sheppy now so we wont have it for much longer. well we have spoken to the plumbers wife and she said they couldnt contact us as they didnt have our number If she got my message from yesterday... I gave my number. Anyway surprise surprise... he is out on a job at the moment, going to ring tomorrow. Fortunately its not too cold at the moment.
