Thanks ladies I've let my self down today though as I pulled a muscle in my shoulder so have an immobile arm for a day, or so he he I was fine when I left to go to Tesco then after 5 mins in there my shoulder just froze up and the muscle flared up - I swear I am due for the kn****s yard he he It will be ok again tomorrow, that's how my body is ... useless and unpredictable he he It must be all those male hormones from the menopause I'm becoming just like a man ... useless and unpredictable he he

Sorry to hear about your shoulder Jen - hope its better soon. Hormones are a real pain as you get older I can tell you!

I just got back from the surgery with the good news – all the samples were clear and the one dodgy one was non-malignant. It’s been a long three weeks wait, especially as two of the wounds won’t heal properly now the stitches are out.

Will probably have nasty scars but it’s a small price to pay. That means still no swimming for another two weeks so I’m a bit frustrated but also very relieved.

Off to work at Ally Pally for the next 2 days so play nicely while I'm away!
