Morning Shell Very Happy You should tell Charlie that chocolate is poisonous for dogs Shocked He is very naughty and should only eat doggy chocs Laughing Laughing When my son was little my mum and sisters came to visit and they all brought him an easter egg which we hid under the stairs in their bags so he wouldn't see them. Forgot about them until the morning and they were all gone with bits of chewed up foil all over the floor Laughing Laughing Our dog had eaten the lot - didn't seem to affect her Very Happy We have a poodle now and she has never stolen anything. At Christmas she gets very excited, we give her a present which she tears the paper off and then when anyone opens their presents she is there ready to shred the paper. Laughing

Morning everyone well just glad your all well we have frost and sun in Oldbury this morning Daughter coming with the children havent seen them since i came home from hols, but was laid up last week with gout again, dont think my boss belived me i bet she thought i was still in cornwall because she rang me on the house phone ha ha, we had some bad news when Derek went to work on Monday he is losing his job we dont know when but it will be before xmas we think, they are making 2 redundant so derek and his friend are out, every where they work together they get made redundant from there, i think they are just unlucky.

Still never mind we have been there before and i am not going to let it spoil my xmas with the grandchildren, we will worry about it after xmas,

Well must get on children be here soon take care everyone have a nice afternoon.

It was -6 Sunday morning 5 here this morning when I did the early taxi run Exclamation Michael still can't drive. He tried last wednesday but couldn't get it into reverse so looks like I'll be doing it for another week or two. Went to the French market in Fleet this morning but very disappointing. There were hardly any stalls there compared to previous ones. The bread stall was even selling Italian and Irish bread Exclamation Exclamation Needless to say didn't buy anything. Just chilling out now for rest of day.

Cally, sorry to hear your husband is being made redundant - glad you are not going to worry about it. It's the best way to deal with these things, take every day as it comes. Hope he gets sorted in work again soon Very Happy Poor you Sue having to carry on driving Michael to work No Hope it's not for too much longer especially in this weather.

Well we ventured out this morning to Farnborough Gate - Comet & Halfords and bought all our presents bar one for Sally's boyfriend but I can get that on Monday now that she has confirmed that it is suitable Very Happy Still have to get little pressies to open though, don't like to give just one present to them. Laughing Laughing Just realised I still have to get Martin a phone too, he wants to stick with Orange as he doesnt spend £10 a month and if he went to O2 he would be charged 25p min for the first 3 minutes and then it reduces - and that's longer than he would normally talk Laughing On Orange he is only charged 15p min but for all minutes but, as I say, he doesn't talk for long. I didn't manage to get the craft room sorted but have got all the addresses put on the computer and will do labels for all of the envelopes.

Know all about reduntancy was made redundant 3 years on the trot just before Christmas, you would think I would have had the sense to get out of the mortgage business sooner wouldn't you Rolling Eyes Sorry to hear about your hubby Cally, I have been out of work now for ages and all doom and gloom doesn't seem like a job will be coming along anytime soon but hey ho as Jayne says when life throws you lemons make lemonade, hope he finds work soon Smile

I think that might be the first 3 minutes of the day Jacky and then after that it is cheaper but if he doesn't spend that then probably not worth changing

Like most men Jacky, been trying to type out some instructions for Anne and Mike has gee jawed all the way through it, now I have finished he has gone down stairs to feed the dogs, so Anne if it makes no sense at all then it's Mike's fault Laughing
