Good morning Ladies,

I hope you are all well. We have a thick layer of frost here today.
I have received loads of post which I think is B'day cards but as my b@day is not until Monday I haven't openned them yet, when I do I shall put them up in the B'day bit. So if you have sent me one already I'm not being rude by ignoring it, if you understand what I mean

I have really got in to stamping again and I have finaly got the hang of rock a blocks, I spent yesterday stamping and embossing toppers for cards and today I shall water colour them.

I gave up my voluntrary role as treasurer for a Pagan organization but have taken on the role of card maker, we have volunteers in 13 districts and it is my job to send them aniversary cards each year, this will be around 50 cards a year.
So that will keep me busy, well breakie is calling, crumpets and scrambled eggs today.

Good morning Mikki and all who follow, bright here today but very thick frost, Happy Birthday for Monday Mikki, Of to sort out brothers garage today, and we have a Christmas fair i n the town on Saturday, daughter in law is doing pony rides, and hubby and myself are on the booking table, but I think it is going to rain so expect to be very cold and wet I do hope you all have a good weekend Janet x

Weekend already They seem to come around so quick!
Cold and frosty here this morning. Thought the paths would be bad, but they dont seem to slippy!

Dropped Hannah and Ben off at School and Nursery - its the Christmas party at school today, Ben's is next week. They are all so excited.

morning all its wet and cold here today, actually made some xmas cards yesterday, but you just popped them out and made them up, has i am doing a bric a brac on sunday i hope i might sell some, if not i will send them out to family and friends,
One of my grandsons is 10 tomorrow i dont know where that 10 yrs have gone,

Well must get on, am expecting a couple of parcels from ebay hope they come today and not tomorrow, have a nice day all, take care

Morning ladies It's good to be mobile again after the couple of days of bed rest for the injections to work, I went stir crazy he he I have no idea how you managed all those weeks on your side Jan I would have been crawling up the ceiling he he.

I have a lovely weekend planned, a visit from my little girls tonight whoopee followed by a Mediaeval Festival over the weekend. It was brilliant last year so hope the weather stays dry for it this year. Its actually held in a local castle and they have some scrummy Christmas eats and presents

I haven't caught up on all the posts yet so hope you are all well and have a great weekend planned Hugs

Morning everyone, its freezing cold here it snowed yesterday afternoon, not much mind but it warmed up....

Drove me crazy Jen and made me very depressed, not something I have ever suffered with but can appreciate when people say it now, but a few weeks of discomfort was all it was ok I'm left with the diabetes but if Mike hadn't have forced me to the hospital when he did could have been a whole heap worse so 8 weeks is nothing really Still can't bring myself to look at the pic he took of it
Mike is off work today and has gone down to the garage to see what's happening with the car and getting fish n chips on the way home so I don't have to cook dinner today woohoo
Wrap up warm everyone and be good.....if that's possible

Good afternoon ladies very cold here too, ive been and had my eyebrows and top lip wax followed by having my hair cut and i feel a lot better now. Chilling with a cuppa now . Enjoy your day whatever you are doing

Good afternoon ladies. We went shopping for the last of the Christmas presents - except for little extra things for Martin have completely finished shopping now I am so cold though, my hands wont work this morning. Just going to have some soup and a roll to warm myself up Hope you won't be too long without a car Jan. Glad to see you back Jen, hope the injections work for you. Sadie, if you are reading this hope to see you back on here soon You are not forgotten.

Car should be back Tuesday or Wednesday, it is the head gasket so is worse case senario but hey ho at least we have the money to get it sorted just means pressies for myself and Mike will go on back burner, not that I want anything anyway, can't think of anything I want, loads I NEED but they can wait

Not a good day for Martin - he has just had a Notice of Intended Prosecution for speeding at 2.40 in the morning in London and I thought it was him next to me in bed. He is so worried about it He has written to ask for a copy of the photograph to check the car - don't really know what else to do The same thing happened to my neice - when she was in Germany with Martin and her parents on their motorbikes - she had one from Dorset police. At least she had proof that she was out of the country with her bike as they had photos of them at the Motorbike Grand Prix and photos of her bike there too. They checked the photo and they had the wrong number so she had a lot of worry for nothing. How does Martin prove he was in bed at the time

If they can't provide proof in the way of a picture then to be honest Jacky I would tell Martin not to worry about it at all. The good thing with speeding cameras etc is at least you do get a photograph so providing it isn't his car in the picture then he is fine and as you obviously know he was you when it happened and unless he hasn't lent his car to anyone I really wouldn't worry.

Oh and the good news is.................. I have been approved financailly for a home help
The bad news is......................it is for one hour a week!
What a waste of tax-payers' money!!!
The wee woman who organises the home helps phoned me up to tell me and she was disgusted
Now it turns out that they cannot find out who it was that assessed me for this
So the wee woman has fought like a trojan and I am to be (re-)assessed

I have made a stationery set for my daughter complete with matching note book
All that was last week so hopefully I can get back in the craftroom and make some more cards and get some more sets made for the rest of the girls

Alan has been off work, the poor soul has had to go to the doctor
He can hardly walk, so the doctor sent him for xrays on his knees and hips and suspects the arthritis has got into his hips
He has had bother for ages and I got to the stage I gave up nagging him
So it must have been bad for him to go to the doctor
The results will be back next week

Well I am going to have a look at all the postings I have missed
And cheer my self up even more
I hate being away from you lot

Jacky it has to be very worrying for Martin, no matter how much you know it wasn't him its still a pain and stressful trying to prove to the powers that be. He has you for a witness and if you can recall the programs you watched on TV etc that all helps, so they tell me he he
