Christmas Eve

Good morning all, well just a day to go now Feels a bit on the chill side this morning, just having a coffee, I am off to Canterbury with the son this morning and the two youngest grand children, he has his last bit of shopping to do, isnt it just the way with the men Tonight all the family go to Canterbury for the carols in the square, its something we have done for the last five years, it starts Christmas of in a lovely way. Good morning Janet and all who follow, enjoy your caroling Janet. We had a fab time last night at panto managed to get a few autograghs. look forward to next years. We all had a late night but im up early. Eyebrows waxed for me today then just winding down. The kids will be soo hiper today will have to try and keep them amused.

We have a bit of sunshine trying to peep through. I forgot some towels out on my airer last night, and brought them in this morning, thought they would be wet, but no ... just a little damp, once they are spritzed with some lenor and ironed they will be ok - will air them off in the house this time!

Got to get the table out of hibernation today, it only comes out once a year! A bit of hoovering, mopping and a flick of the duster (the latter I am not too bothered about, deccies hide a multitude of sins!) Then prepare the veg later.
How many veg do you all do???... I do far too many and always have loads left.

Have a lovely time at the Carols tonight Janet Glad you enjoyed the pantomine Andrea Karen - don't work too hard. I have just had to pop down and get a new mop as mine has had it. Early Christmas present not. Martin has just finished the ironing and now he is out of the way I can do the floors and then I think we are all done. Just got to prepare the dinner for tonight as Sally and her boyfriend are coming for dinner then going of with Ian & his wife and some friends to the pub for the evening, while we relax with a drink watching the tv. Sally and her boyfriend are coming back to stay the night with us so they will be with us Christmas morning Hope everyone has a really good Christmas this year

just in from work, so havin a breather for 20 mins before the action
starts, gonna get the dreaded h*******k done, while I boil my ham
then get veggies and stuff ready for tomorrow, I know theres only the
2 of us but its just as much work as feeding 10
