Christmas Day!!!

Turkey is in roasting away nicely... got to finish making my trifle and then I can start on some alcohol!! Well you have to greet your guests with a little drink!

Happy Christmas hun and all who follow hope you all have a trouble free day he he I'm spoilt as Pete does the cooking Christmas day so I just have to sit back and relax, well after we go for our walk along the waterfront down on the bay he he. We chose not to eat out after all so are having the traditional meal at home

Lunch all prepared (salmon and prawns in a chilli, lemon and avocado creme fraiche sauce - turkey and all the trimmings -chocolate orange Christmas puds with brandy cream)

Had a long chat with the family last night (Christmas morning for them) and Iain now here for the present opening. Nice relaxing day so far. Lots of nice surprises from Santa!

Good evening ladies from a very happy and contented forummer!!!

Had a lovely day, dinner went perfectly, had my mum and dad round and didn't burn a thing LOL

After the second course we took the dawg and the kids out for a 5 mile walk (yes, it's true 5 miles) and then came home absolutely pooped and raring for dessert!!!

Nice glass of bubbly to wash it all down and now I am surfing while the others are playing golf on the wii!!! Kids are in bed as they are shattered but a bril day was had by all!
