Thursday morning

Morning all, not going to say `good`, its awful here, wet and damp cold and guess who is going to the hairdressers today always the flipping way, only go once every so often and it rains well another week almost gone, just where is the time going. I hope you are feeling better all of you that were not feeling so good, and that everyone has a good day. Spring has to be out there somewhere Janetxxx

The weather here is awful..its still dark and my eldest has just left with her friends to walk to school....
Can't believe i'm on here this early lol had a really bad nights sleep so got up with hubby at 5 but have been putting the finishing touches to a card for Lou ......

Had a better sleep last night I have a couple of cards to post today, one to finish too, then a tidy up of the Craft Room once again I am going to visit a friend this afternoon, as she has just retired too Just remembered I have to finish off my ATCs too. Have done the fronts but not put the information on the back. That's the trouble when I am organising it there is no urgency to get them in the post so end up being last

Wet cold and windy here..... but my mate took my littly to school for me so that's good....

Gotta have a blooming good tidy up today as it has lapsed over the last couple being so down... and I have occupational health coming out tomorrow afternoon to assess me! I was only home from the hospital half hour yesterday and they were on the phone, can you believe it?

Thanks for all the advice yesterday ladies, I have talked everything through with my family and have decided that I HAVE to go for the treatment.... I owe it to me and them... No good for anyone if I burn out now!!

Hope Jayne is feeling a bit better today Jan, pass on my best if you speak to her.

Must get on with some ironing as the pile is growing daily and I want to get some done before I collect Ben from nursery.

Good morning ladies from a very wet and wind swept Dover, what a blooming awful night it was, wind howling and raining beating the windows
Great that your family is behind you Lou, 5 days is nothing in the grand scheme of things
Been watching Big Brother and Verne is such a character and I have really warmed to Ulrika, she has some great oneliners but best of all was Verne dressed as the teddy bear, he looked just like the Bo Selecta bear and was flying through the air and when he got a little drunk the other night and was coming on to Latoya it was classic. she didn't seem to have a clue, she is the one who has surprised me, what a tittle tattler she is and talks about people behind their backs, not good but she's gone now thank gawd I know a lot of you don't watch it but it has had some really funny moments this time round.

Good morning all what a changed day it is today from yesterday , wind blowing rain pouring and cold .Ive been to town though to cheer myself up and bought some cute boxes to put my yummy ribbons in and of course some other things fell in the basket Glad to hear you are having the treatment Lou , hugs to those who need them and enjoy your day whatever you are doing

Just talking to Jayne and although she is feeling a bit better is still not able to get online, it hurts her stomach to sit at the pc, have sent all your well wishes to her

Afternoon all. It's freezing here but at least it's stopped raining. Have to collect the kids in a bit then it's off to dancing for two of them and a walk around the shops for me and the eldest (She calls it her Mummy time).

Afternoon all well the sun was out here a while back, but its clouding over now, me and my daughter are having some mom and daughter time in march, its all right when you have to book time with your daughter, we are going to the nec on the saturday and no children has much has i love them, its nice to have some time on our own, and it will do sarah good as well to have a day to her self,

Lou glad your going for the treatment 5 days will soon pass, and the girls will love having you home again after. When i popped discs in my back they mentioned time in the hydro pool, but they said because i could walk i couldnt have it, dont they realise that exercise in water is better for you, and they are supposed to be the experts.

Jacky I got my making Cards this morning.

Been busy despite saying I was going to have a quiet day. Went to Fleet to order flowers for my aunt's funeral. Can't go as it's in Edinburgh and would cost a small fortune to get there. Then as the sun was shining did a bit of tidying up in the garden - partly 'cos they collect the garden waste tomorrow. Course soon as I got out there the sun went in.

Need to make the sympathy cards now but having trouble deciding what to put. No doubt I'll suddenly get a flash of inspiration - probably in the middle of the night!

Thanks Sue, I got my Making cards mag at lunchtime today but haven't managed to look at it as I have been out all afternoon Went to a friends house for a chat and she has got a daffodil out in her garden Mine are about 2inches tall and she lives directly behind my house but across the field and road.
