Good morning ladies
Work again today, am now 4 mornings a week woohoo
Looks like it has been wet overnight here, lets hope it holds off until I get to work, back on the bus today ho hum
The house is starting to get straight again after Carrie moving back in, luckily a friend of hers has just got his own place so had a lot of her furniture, seems odd having someone else in the house all the time but will get used to it eventually

Still dark so cant give a weather report!!
Usual day for me, children due soon, sandwiches made for Amy and then probably if the weather forecasters are right...a wet walk up to school!!!
Keith went out for a curry with his boss last night, and he so enjoyed himself - Amy and I always have a girlie treat involving lots of chocolate!!!
No plans for today, sure I will think of something once I have had my first coffee of the day!!

Good morning Jan, Karen and those that follow.

Was up at 4:15 tired but couldn't sleep. Tried posting but computer decided to reboot so went back to bed at 5:30. Shouldn't have bothered as then someone crashed into a car outside at 6:10am. Luckily it was my wasn't mine otherwise I would be more grouchy than I am now. I've taken two headache pills and had a large cuppa so should be feeling a bit better soon

Good morning Jan, Karen, Di and all who follow I didnt know Carrie was moving back home, don't think I would cope with Sally back again, as much as I love her. Glad you have managed to get more days, that will help with Christmas coming up. Karen hope your cough is a little better and your arm isn't hurting now. Thank goodness it wasn't your car which was crashed into Di hope you manage to get through the day without falling asleep

Both me and hubby have woken with sore throats and feeling like we have elephants sitting on our chests! It is normal for me to catch everything going but very unusual for hubby to be ill...... he feels that bad that he is off work..... I think he has only had about 3 days off ill in about 3 years working there! I was meant to be going to the dentist with my youngest this afternoon too.... as I have a filling that has fallen out and it is driving me daft, but I doubt they'll treat me with this!

Di.... oh dear hun, you do sound grumpy. Thank gawd it weren't your car that got a thump!

Karen... glad all was ok at the docs yesterday, I have checks on my thyroid too as it packed in after my eldest was born and I take thyroxine. Hope the arm is not too sore. I had my flu jab a couple of weeks ago now and arm was tender for about 3 days... I have to have the swine flu one also on the 21st

I am going to be working on some spoecial cards today..... on another forum I belong too... a small one... we have decided rather than send each of the 18 members a card we are doing a secret santa.... so I want to make an extra special effoirt on the card I do, I was thinking of an exploding box..... but am not sure yet!

Sorry to hear your suffering Lou .Had a laugh last night , I held a Christmas car d make for Charity , 7 us made Cards and raised about £50 for a orphanage in Zambia that I sponsor , it cost me very little and invoved eating loads of choc , and crafting chatting all faves of mine ! just finished clearing up !! What are you lot like you can count me in too please Thought I had put what I was doing today - just as well I didnt cos I haven't done anything Had a doctors appointment this morning for a check up, then called into the shop I used to work in and had a chat Suprisingly came out without buying anything Then I had to make my lunch so thought I would start painting the dolls house again but then realised that I would probably get heartburn getting down to it so have sat catching up on tv Have had to stick in a couple of patch pieces in the windows too, I thought Martin had done that so couldnt paint until they are stuck. Will probably do it very soon though
