Just speaking to Mike on Yahoo and he said there is about a foot of snow in the back garden and that the snow is still falling, sideways ??? and its thundering too and when he came downstairs Charlie was in the veg basket, the big hard dog is scared of thunder and was very unsettled when Mike went downstairs
Might need that 4 x 4 Janet or a bed for the night Jacky for 2 weary travellers

Good morning Jan, Juli and all who follow slept in this morning, didnt hear Martin go to work Molly woke me barking at something. Got some cards to make this morning so had better get on with it. Waiting for my ribbon rack to come too Bet it's stuck in the snow somewhere Sunny here but snowing bit flakes but not many but they are settling - so it must be very cold out there.

I know it has been bad up north but that far south Jan ?????
Been up all night again, patch day yesterday
I got really bored with the TV so turned it over to Creat & Craft
YES! I was that bored!
My jaw near dropped to the ground
There was 'our Leona', Dawn Bibby's protegee, presenting on Create and Craft
When did that happen????
WOW! Things have been happening in the craft world since I have been away

There were a couple of CDs that caught my eye but not sure about whether to get them or not
They were Jenigami Cds. Has anybody got them?
If I was to get them it would be straight from the manufacturer. I am NOT, EVER, going to order from that bunch again!
The other things that caught my eye were embossing papesr and powder for inkjet printers
They looked REALLY good, has anyone tried them?
Did anyone else get the TSV punches from QVC?
What a bargain! Needless to say I gave in and ordered them with Alan's blessing. In fact he handed me the phone and told me to get them

I think it is because I haven't ordered craft things for a while. I wonder how long it will take before I start to get THAT look again

It broke my heart when we didn't get up at Christmas and the family insisted that we keep the Christmas presents until we were all together

I hope we dont get it either, it is so depressing not being able to go out, not that I do very often but it's nice to know you can if you want to I havent watched Create & Craft for ages either Sadie and I was also surprised to see Leonie on there and someone said she had been there for ages Never heard of embossing for inkjet printers, wish I had seen that and never heard of those cds either Not much help am I I will forgive you for buying those punches and if you decide you don't like them when you get them you can always throw them this way

Morning Janet & Ellen, I am just waiting for Lexie to say she had 3 feet of snow we are going that way on Saturday to pick up our new awning, so hoping there is no snow there.

Oh no Jacky they have said it will be gone by Friday, Dick hopes so as he is of to Brighton Saturday

Good afternoon ladies , safe journey home Jan . Hope Jayne has improved more and keeps on getting better. Snowed here yesterday but dit not settle. Really cold here today and the sun is out Im suffering with my back at the moment and cannot get comfy. At least i can have some sort of rest next week has the kids are off and i dont need to trapes up to school. Big hugs to the poorlies and stay safe if you have snow.

For once the snow has missed us in the midlands. and it can stay that way thank you, i ordered the punches of qvc the butter fly one but really wanted one of the other punches that go with it, so if i have ordered the wrong one i could be talked into sending it back, and then this morning i came across create and craft and i bought some of the stamps off the glitter girls, the thing is i could have got them cheaper has they have a shop not far from me and i could go anytime, now that i am retired i might book onto some of there courses, that would be nice, i love there boards and have about 4 of them.

Jan hope you have a safe journey althought you are on your way home now, and glad that you think jayne looked better
