A very good morning all, how is everyone today. Jan oh very well done with the loaf, cheese sarnis all round Jacky sorry to read about your mum, hope all be ok soon. The weather here feels nice this morning, nothing on today but I am sure I can find a job or two for Dick Whatever you do have a good day. Janetxx

It's a grey morning her in North London.

I hope you are all well.

I am having the day off from doing my hospital duties for mum, she went in on the 16th of keyhole surgery and should have been out two days later and here we are on the 25th and she is still in hospital, she has had so many differnt drugs and most of them make her sick and she is still in a lot of pain in her hip and can not walk on her own. I think she would get better faster if she was at home. But at least she is getting lots of sleep as she never sleeps well at home, this is the first time in years that she hasn't had bags under her eyes, so every cloud does have a silver lining.

I need to makes some cards today as I haven't been able to do any and I really miss crafting.

Alan is working from home today so I am going to make some breakfast for him.

Had a nightmare night last night, wanted to print off a few letters but Word wouldnt load onto my computer properly and kept freezing so decided to load printer onto laptop, what a blooming fiasco that turned out to be, never did get it loaded and tried again this morning and nope still wont have it, says it's there but says it's not when you try to print, even plugged it direct in lappy and still no joy, think I must have been a bit hormonal last night because I was fit to throw the whole kit and kaboodle out the window but stomped off to bed in a huff instead I was so angry could have smashed it to pieces but decided bed was best option Got my letters printed eventually though this morning, uninstalled Office and then reinstalled and hey presto it works
Will be fresh bread in May ladies, well will be if I can repeat yesterdays attempt
Well joke centre for me today, feels like I spend my life in that place but has to be done.

Good Morning all, raining first thing this morning, brightened up a little but now clouding over again Can't get settled doing anything today - haven't heard any news on Mum yet but Sally has decided she is going to go and visit her today as she is going on holiday on Saturday so wanted to see her before she went. Morning everyone. It's freezing cold, windy and raining here today.

Kayleigh is still off school poorly so I think I will have to take her back to the Doctors. She wants to go back to school but I daren't send her because she keeps going bright red and shivering and she can't eat anything yet because her throat still hurts

Mikki and Jacky I hope your Mums are better soon. I think mine has gone in today for another 3 pints of blood.

Well I managed to finish the invites and have put them in my gallery ladies! I really enjoyed the watercolouring.... have been very gentle....very pale colouring on the bears!

Another blustery day here today. Put some more washing out - hoping its going to dry!
Got to make a Drs. appointment for myself this morning... if I can. They have changed the system and you can only make 'day after appts' after 11.00 - well thats the time I go up to nursery and by the time I get back all appts have gone. Will have to see!!!

Thanks everyone for your wishes - haven't heard anything yet but apparently although they wanted her to go in straightaway, the Doc hadn't seen her at 10.00 this morning so she still hadn't had her blood transfusion. She is in the best place though and I will hear all from Sally when she returns It is worrying as she has been quite unwell really since Christmas but we couldn't get her to go to the Docs and when she does go she doesn't tell the full story. At least with her being in hospital they will see exactly what happens

Hope all you who are poorly are soon on the mend

Afternoon ladies Jacky and Mikki I hope your mums are better soon and out and about at home, also hope that your mum Frances feels better after her 3 pints of blood I think I'd be hopping around like an idiot if they did that to me he he oops forgot I'd be passed out as the only blood I can have is my daughter's due to my inherited blood disorder ... ok forget that one then he he It sounds to me as if Kayleigh needs to go back to the doctors as it should have cleared by now, bless her

Computers are so temperamental Jan I often feel like throwing mine out the window he he. I think its cos they are male and they think they know it all regardless of what you tell them to do he he Well if men can say that cars are female then I can say that computers are male

It was raining and miserable here this morning, but its brightened up now I've been playing with the Promarkers and Edgeability that I bought on the weekend in the show, they're fun he he

Where did you say in Cornwall those craft shops were Mikki ? We're going to Perranporth and hope to pop in a shop or two whilst there, if the weather is lousy anyway he he
