Good Monday

I do sell some cards but not very often - usually when its Valentine's or Mother's Day or Father's Day. I also have a few regulars that give me commissions. I charge £2.50 for A5 and £3 for the 8" x8" I wait until the money gets to £50 - £100 and donate to local gymnastics club, or RSPCA or Cancer research whatever seems to be in the most need at the time. Any cards in my stash box get given to the local charity shop too as I can't stand them being around for too long [I find fault in them if they are here he he]. Might be having problems Christine as its a Bric a brac thing where people always expect everything for nothing

I'm glad that Carrie isn't in too much pain Jan, and hope they can sort something out for Mike's dad as I'm sure that has to be painful for him, a bit like a blocked lymph gland I should imagine Thanks for the update on Jayne too hun - send her out love and tell her to get her butt back on here soon he he

Brilliant card Jacky Glad you enjoyed yourself on the return trip to the show and that you got to meet Sadie and Alan. How is she these days? Any sign of her rejoining the forum ?

Shame about the appointment Lou I expect they are very limited during April because of the Easter holiday messing up schedules. Perhaps they can put you on a list of the people willing to accept cancellations at short notice and then you might be lucky enough to get in sooner

Someone mentioned GIMP was it in relation to the graphics software called GIMP ? I've downloaded the free software but haven't tried to use it yet and I was wondering if it was what you thought of it

Sorry to hear about Mikes dad Jan, hope they get him sorted out soon. I charged 2-00 for an a5 card but have been given a fiver sometimes. The best show I ever did was at the Darling Bubs of May Show at Charing, it was an awful day weather wise but we still did well. I hate the M25 and the traffic, you have a good day out or lovely holiday and then you have to race around it like mad just to keep up with everyone else. Janet
