Just remember not to beat yourself up on the days you slip as that will make you feel a failure and subconsciously provide an excuse to not bother. You can do it, incorporate it with the new you and fresh new life that you and Simon will be discussing tonight Smile

Missed my dance class and Pilates today as term has ended till September.
Will be happy just to maintain or hopefully lose a little this week.
Went out for a meal twice this week but have been good the rest of the time.
