Well done Jane. I'm afraid I haven't been to my SW group for last two weeks! Must try and make it next week though.

Hard luck Susan - hope you get back ontrack again soon.
I do find staying to the meetings makes a big difference.
Have made lots of new friends and pick up helpful hints and encouragement along the way.
Off on hols tomorrow so I'll be missing next week.
Will try to be good but at least there are 4 days at home before I go again for 'damage limitation'

Back from the holiday but won't get on the scales till tomorrow.
Ate lots of naughty things and had plenty of wine too so anything less than a 3-4lb gain and I shall be reasonably pleased. Four days to do something about it till the next weigh-in!
Had put on just 2lbs but after sweating it out last night and lots of visits to the loo I think they have gone already.
I'll find out on Thursday at the weigh-in
Ate lots of naughty things and had plenty of wine too so anything less than a 3-4lb gain and I shall be reasonably pleased. Four days to do something about it till the next weigh-in!

Absolutely thrilled but amazed as I was away for a week and ate alot of things I shouldn't.
I think the cold and high temperature helped to bring things back to normal quickly and yesterday's mile swim did the rest. I don't plan to repeat that too often as I'm still a bit weary today.

pleased with that as I think I was dehydrated last week and, according to my scales the next day I had lost 1lb NOT 2 and a half!
Lots to eat and drink at last Saturday's wedding but luckily not too much damage done. I've always been 1 stone heavier than my husband but today, in spite of him losing a stone, the gap is down to 9lbs.

Well done Jane! Wish I could stick to it like you do! You must be very strong minded!Caught a glimpse of myself in a shop window yesterday and decided I needed to get back on track, then today as Moovision wasn't on thought I'd paint the landing doors (something I've been putting off for ages). By the time I had sanded them down and washed them down which meant going up and down stairs a few times I was puffing and panting like an old carthorse! So must get my mindset right and get back on track before weight starts creeping up too much. Off now they've dried to put on undercoat.
