Give me a push

A couple were in bed one night when there was a knock on the door, the husband went down to open it and a drunken man was on his doorstep, ` what do you want?` asked the husband, `can you give me a push` said the drunk, `Its the middle of the night, no I cant` said the husband, and he went upstairs to bed again. `Who was that` said the wife `A drunk wanting a push` answered the husband. `You have a short memory,` said the wife, ` remember when we broke down a few weeks back, someone gave us a push, go back down there and help him` The husband went downstairs and opened the front door and called out, `Are you still there`. `Yes`said the drunk. `Do you still want a push` called the husband. `Yes please` shouted the drunk. `Where are you` shouted the husband.
