Good morning Di and all who follow Yep looks like it's going to be another nice day around here today and great to see Jacky and Janet back too
Went up to Headcorn aerodrome yesterday and nipped in the factory shop there while we were in the area and they sell a few crafty bits so had to have a look got 2 sheets of 1cm 2mm foam pads for 50p each and 2 rolls of 2mm double sided foam tape (2.5 metres) for £1 which I thought was really good value and some more grosgrain ribbon 99p for 5 metres . They had a small selection of Smirk papers and embellishments but not overly keen on them but slightly cheaper than I have seen them more locally.

Awwwwww Mike has just noticed that there is a foal with the Koniks horses near us, the wild Polish horses they have grazing on the banks opposite our house, will try and get a piccy later, it looks so cute

Morning everyone and welcome back to those who have been away, my kids back at school /college today so sort of normal.......well whatever normal is in this household.Jan your craft purchases sound very good value ,I like it when people get a genuine bargain.Dulcie went back to her dads last night and now I 've got the awsome job of tiding her room , I have GOT to do it as my friend is house sitting so CAN'T leave it otherwise she'll know I am a messy moo!!!! But I 'd better go get a wash first Mick is already up the tip.....sure he's got a secret woman there he's always up there

Afternoon ladies I have no idea where today has gone .... I seem to remember it was 9am just a moment ago he he. Weather here is gorgeous and hope everyone else is as lucky as we are

Pete has "man flu" today, lol oh boy do they complain when they have the snuffles he he. "I think I have the flu", "I really feel lousy". "Think I should go back to bed" "I can't go to classes tonight" ..... yes, yes ok! I know I should be more sympathetic but I'm a useless nurse when it comes to mundane illnesses, if they have a genuine problem then I am sympathetic he he.

Busy in the garden today and getting the washing up to date. Have got badminton tonight but not really very enthusiastic after gardening Hope there are enough people so I can sit out. Awww Jacky..... I love Badminton.... used to play in the school team and everyfing!

So miss it..... was routing thru my cupboards the other week and found my carbon fibre racquet... can remember when I bought it ... was a fairly new design and cost my mum and dad an absolute fortuneb ... it has had 6 new grips but the strings and head are still perfect...

Gawd.... I wish I was still mobile enough for a good game

Man flu , terrible arn't they, mick had a hip replacement this time last year no bother gets a cold and what a fuss....my Rupes the same and he's only 17 !
