Good morning all, last full week before the great day, hasnt the year just flown by, soon be spring we have rain on the window this morning and it feels a little cold, we are off to two carol concerts today one for our Leah at her school, the other at out local church for Jasmins school, its very nice in there, and hubby and I were married there 38 years ago Keep warm and snug all and take care Janetxx

Good morning Janet you are up early again or have you not gone to bed yet? putting a few decorations up i know a bit late but kept putting off has they were in the back of the loft. A couple of birthday cards to make too then just chill for a bit after. Enjoy your day whatever you are doing and hugs to those who need them.

Morning everyone, afternoon Janet hehe It's a frosty morning here but still no snow This year has flown by for sure Janet, either that or I am definitely getting older he he.

Thankfully all Christmas presents are now bought, apart from a couple of stocking fillers for Pete hehe. I've driven him mad this year as I really can't think of anything I want so have asked him to put it on hold until next year, as I hate the thought of buying something just for the sake of having a gift. When it comes to myself I'm extremely practical where gift suggestions are concerned, spend loads on others but hate to have it spent on me hehe

Three special cards to make this week but they will be delivered so no post to worry about. I have no idea what is happening to the Royal Mail this year I sent 20 cards out on the same day last week to various places around the UK and only 4 have arrived Ah well hope they get there soon

Day off again for me today, so going to crack on making some pastry to put in the freezer ready to make some mince pies christmas eve.

Morning ladies- not had a good start to the week. Woke up with a sore throat which is just what I need this week and then as I was leaving Roy's somehow managed to trip up the kerb and fall flat on my face on the grass verge. At least the landing was soft. Can feel the aches beginning though.

Am just having a coffee break in between wrapping all the pressies. I can't believe I'm so organised this year as I'm usually wrapping them Christmas eve. Cards are posted, cake made and decorated, most of food bought but got mince pies to make later this week and decorations up.

Afternoon everyone. Feeling a lot better this morning, Martin has gone off to Cheltenham to take Mum's present to my sisters as I didnt want to take my cold to them Throat so much better, perhaps the aspirin did work. Have stripped the bed and put the washing machine on and now feel a bit wobbly so am chilling out. Martin can help make the bed when he comes home. No badminton for me this evening.
Hope you don't suffer too badly with your sore throat Sue. I find if I get a cold a couple of days in bed doing absolutely nothing is the only way I can shift it. It can go on for ever if I don't. Hope you are not too badly bruised either.

Well the kettle went off the boil hun coz no-ione asked for anything...... I was billy no mates in the end!!!!! And I made cakes and everyfin!!!
